Recap of MLBB Patch 1.8.78 Update: Revamp, Nerf and Buff

MLBB Patch Update. 1.8.78 is now available on local servers. There is Mobile Legends heroes which got revamp, nerf, and buff. 

One of the heroes who received a major revamp is Helcurt. In terms of appearance, the main and passive skills of this hero have changed completely, which is very beneficial for Helcurt players. 

Meanwhile, many other heroes also received buffs or nerfs from Moonton. 

So that you won't be surprised when you use your hero and suddenly there is no damage. The following is a brief review of some of the nerfs, buffs and revamps.

Hero Changes in MLBB Patch Update 1.8.78

The MLBB 1.8.78 update can be said to be a big update. Lots of heroes have changed in this update. Below we have summarized several heroes who have undergone changes: 

Helcurt

Hero Assassins This got a revamp from Moonton in update 1.8.78. This update has an impact on Helcurt's skill set, which has undergone many changes. 

The changes experienced by Helcurt include appearance, skill set and even the hero's voice. Helcurt's appearance in this update can be said to be much better than before. 

However, the most interesting thing about the Helcurt update is its passive skill which increases movement speed when attacking enemies. When you use Helcurt, the atmosphere of the Land of Dawn feels darker. 

The cooldown of one Helcurt skill is faster and the post-revamp basic attack has a higher attack speed than before. Unfortunately, in terms of ultimate, Helcurt is still the same as in previous MLBB patch updates. 

chips 

Didn't experience a revamp like Helcurt, but Chip's skill set got a lot of buffs in this update. The physical and magic defense chips in this update will be thicker. 

HP Chip passive regen has now also increased so it will be faster when filling blood. One chip skill will now provide higher damage. 

The cooldown which was originally 15-10 seconds will now be much faster, namely 13-10 seconds, which scales with level. Unfortunately the 3 Chip skill got a big nerf from Moonton. Originally the cooldown was 60-50 seconds, now it has changed to 70-50 seconds. 

Skill 4 chips In fact, the cooldown has been increased from 40 seconds, now to 20 seconds. Chips will make it easier for players to rotate.

Masha

Masha got buffs and revamps on several skills. Passive skills Masha Now it will provide a higher immune effect. 

Skill 1 which affects basic active and passive physical damage increases by 2% from early to late game. 

Skill 2 update makes Masha use her cellphone much more economically. HP usage during the early game is 24% and during the late game 16%, skill 2 has a shorter cooldown, namely 8-6 seconds.

Even though Moonton said that Masha's skill 3 had received adjustments. However, if you look at the statistics, there is actually a drastic increase. 

The base damage which was originally 200-500 has changed to 350-550. Masha's physical attack bonus also increases by 220% when using the ultimate. 

Harith

Harith's Skill 1 gets a buff so his basic damage and explosion damage will hurt even more. Before Harith You will get a shield after activating blink in skill two but now you don't need to do that. 

Ling

This Hero Assassins received quite severe nerf where Ling's movement speed dropped from 80% to 40%. Ling's critical chance increased to 1.6 times and his other skill also received a buff from 2.5-10% to 2.5-12.5%.

Skill 2 has changed from 250-350 +33% to 300-400 +50% physical attack. However, the effect of restoring HP and critical Link damage was removed by Moonton.

Julian 

This hero's passive can now strengthen basic attacks for 5 seconds. When using any skill Julian's basic attack will also increase even though his basic attack decreases from 120% to 100%. 

Hayabusa 

Hayabusa Now it will get stronger in the early game phase from previously only giving basic damage of 190-260 to now 200-260. Hayabusa's ultimate skill can now be used without using energy. 

Saber 

2 Saber's skill range is now narrower while the basic attack range has increased. Skill 2 now has a shorter cooldown, namely 7 seconds. 

Even though the attack range is narrow, the increase in skill 2 damage and shorter cooldown actually makes it Saber potentially more OP.

Lolita

Skill sets Lolita Got lots of buffs in today's MLBB patch update. Lolita's physical and magic defense now increases. Lolita also has a new effect in the form of adding a stack shield to herself and her teammates. 

The cooldown of Lolita's two skills will be faster than before because it only takes 15-12.5 seconds. Unfortunately, the stack shield value obtained by Lolita has decreased to 1000-2000. 

Gloo 

Skill 1 Gloo cannot immediately regenerate HP, you have to use skill 1 directly on the enemy before you can regenerate HP. Damage Gloo saat menempel musuh sekarang meningkat menjadi 30-90 +50%dari total magic power. 

Mia 

Mia has a wider basic attack range from 4.6 to 4.8. Skill 2 Miya also gets a buff, Miya's arrow damage is now 40-105% +20% but unfortunately the number of arrows has become 6.

Karrie 

The tank killer in this update must be nerfed by Moonton. Skill cooldown 2 Karrie now it takes longer because it takes 3.5 seconds from the previous 2.5 seconds. Karrie's Skill 3 during the late game also got nerfed because the special effect of each Lightwheel decreased by 4%. 

Minotaur

Regen effect Minotaur now buffed and physical damage increased from 4 to 5.5. The original Regen Minotaur can restore 260-360 +100% total magic power. Now changed to 220-320 +60% total magic power. 

In Enraged Minotaur mode it only recovers 100% HP from the opponent's hero's basic attack damage. 

Unfortunately, many heroes who were OP some time ago were nerfed by Moonton. The slow effect on Minotaur's ultimate skill has decreased to 40%. 

joy

joy Now there is no need to be banned because now he is no longer immune to crowd control but is still immune to enemy slow effects. The rest of this hero hasn't received many changes.

Ruby

Spell vamp Ruby got quite drastic nerf from the original 10%, now only 5%. The slow duration in skill 2 Ruby is shorter because it is only 1 second. 

Tigreal 

This hero is likely to be banned frequently because his attributes are getting thicker. Originally to provide a stun effect with the ultimate Tigreal takes 2.5 seconds, now he can do it much faster, namely only 1.8 seconds. 

Melissa

As a result of the nerf, now basic attacks are available Melissa will only provide an attack bonus against enemies within Muddles' range.

Karmila 

 

This support hero finally got a very significant buff from Moonton. Now Karmila has physical defense 7.4 and magic defense 4 which makes her blood thicker. 

Apart from that, Karmila's skill 1 now also adjusts the basic attack. When Karmila manages to hit the enemy with a basic attack, her second skill will definitely hit the enemy. Karmila's ultimate skill can now have a slow effect on connected opponents. 

Lunox

Lunox's magic penetration and spell vamp conversion ratio has now been adjusted from 100% to 50%. 

But what is clear is the use of skill 1 Lunox both Order and Chaos modes will require less mana. Apart from that, Lunox's basic damage during Chaos mode will be even more painful. Ultimate Lunox in Order mode will give Lunox additional 30% movement speed. 

Yve

Skill damage 1 Yve in this update it increased to 350-600 + 140%. The cooldown of Yve's one skill will also be shorter, namely 5 seconds in the early game and 2.5 seconds in the late game.

Pharsa

This hero's basic damage has increased from previously only 425-650 now Pharsa takes 525-700 damage. There are no significant changes to Pharsa's other skill sets. 

Khaled

Khaled received a buff from Moonton where now he has a shortened pause duration after basic attacks of 50%. There are not many changes to the other skill sets of the hero Khaled. 

Alice

Alice This latest update received a buff from Moonton with the mana recovery effect which was originally 1.5% now increasing to 3%. Thus, Moonton removed Alice's mana multiplier effect to prevent this hero from being too OP. 

Karina

In this latest MLBB patch update Karina has the potential to become an OP hero in the next few seasons. Because when using skill 1 and skill 2 Karina will be much more energy efficient. 

When using skill 1 Karina only uses 50-75 mana. Meanwhile, when using skill 2, Karina originally needed 60-100 mana and now it is 60-85 mana.

Lancelot 

Lancelot's mana usage and recovery will be much more economical after this latest MLBB update. Beginning Lancelot requires 50-40 mana when using skill 1 now only requires 40-60 mana. 

Meanwhile, when using skill two, Lancelot now only needs 60-85, compared to previously needing 120-80. 

roger

Whether in human or wolf form, mana usage roger it will be much more economical. Previously, in human form, Roger needed 70-120 mana to activate skill one. However, Roger can activate skill 1 and skill 2 more economically because it only requires 50-100 mana. 

Fanny

Thanks to getting buff skill 2 and skill 3 Fanny now it will require a little energy. This has the potential to make Fanny an OP hero in the future. 

This energy usage adjustment is very useful if Fanny loses the purple buff during the match.

Bane 

Mana usage in skill 1 and skill 2 Bane will be much more economical. Bane only needs 30 mana to activate skill 1 and requires 50-75 mana when activating skill 2. 

Aamon 

To adjust Aamon With the adjustment to the purple buff, this assassin hero will now be even more economical.

Aamon only needs 40-60 mana to activate skill one. Apart from that, Aamon will also save more mana when using skill 2 because it only requires 50-80 mana. 

Akai 

Akai got a lot of buffs in this season's update. One of them is adjusting Akai's attributes which increases physical defense to 6.7 and magic defense to 4. 

Akai's mana usage is now also more economical because it only requires 50-100 mana. Meanwhile, when activating skill 2, Akai only spends 50-75 mana. 

Esmeralda 

Esmeralda has the potential to become an OP hero in the future thanks to the buff from Moonton patch 1.8.78. Now Esmeralda only needs a little mana when activating skills 1 and 2. Apart from that, Esmeralda also gets attribute adjustments that thicken her blood. 

Terizla

This hero gets a role change from the original fighter heroes now Terizla transformed into a fighter/tank hero.

This role change is in line with adjustments to Terizla's attributes which have an impact on increasing HP thickness.
