To maintain system performance and manage data more optimally, VCGamers applies a retention time limit on API logs and webhooks.
all API logs and webhooks will permanently deleted after 30 days and cannot be recovered.
Data Retention Period
| Data Types | Shelf Life | Status After Passing the Deadline |
|---|---|---|
| API Logs & Webhooks | 30 days | Permanently deleted and cannot be recovered |
| Transaction Data | Do not change | Remains stored, following transaction storage policies |
Which Logs Are Deleted?
The deleted log is the history that appears in:
Sales List → menu ⋯ → Developer Menu → API History

This history contains the transaction date, HTTP status, and response callback.
Your transaction data No included in this deletion and remain accessible as usual.
What Do You Need to Do?
If logs are used for auditing, reconciliation, or internal debugging purposes, ensure your system has independently retained the data for 30 days.
We recommend logging every callback received directly on your system, so as not to rely on the history in the VCGamers app.
