What is the Seller Acceleration Program?
The Seller Acceleration Program is a special track designed to accommodate large-scale sellers or experienced sellers from other platforms. Through this program, you can gain access to premium features (VIP, Express, and Instant) much faster than the regular track, accelerating the growth of your VCGamers store.
What are the benefits?
- VIP Status (API Access): You'll gain access to the VCGamers API system. All orders can be processed automatically by your system.
- Access Instant Delivery & Express Process Features: Your products are immediately eligible for the “Instant” and “Flash Process” labels (delivery within 10 minutes), making your store stand out more in searches.
Qualification Requirements & Trial Phase
Given that one of the advantages of this program is its direct connection to the API system, the evaluation is highly selective. Before applying for access to this program, prospective sellers must meet the following requirements:
- Store Verification Passed: Your store account on VCGamers must have “Verified” status (KYC identity and legality completed).
- Historical Performance Evidence (External): Have proof of transaction volume of at least IDR 50,000,000 for the last 3 months from other platforms/systems.
- API Technical Readiness: Have an infrastructure or technical team ready to integrate APIs for automated order processing.
- Product Source Verification: Able to show detailed evidence of sources suppliers official which guarantees the validity and legality of the stock of digital products sold.

Violation & Penalty Policy
All stores in this program are under strict monitoring on a regular basis. VCGamers reserves the right revoke VIP, Instant, and Lightning Process API access, up to account freezing (permanent ban) if one or more of the following violations are found:
- Indications of Fraud & Illegal Stock: Problematic product reports were found (example: chargeback, carding, or the product is recalled by developer games etc.) which are detrimental to buyers.
- SLA (Service Level Agreement) Violation: Failure to maintain a successful order percentage above 85%, high unilateral cancellation rates, or frequently failing to meet delivery targets under 10 minutes.
- API Access Abuse: Do spamming requests burdensome server VCGamers or not fix error/bug integration that disrupts the transaction process.
