Please note that some data will be permanently deleted after passing its storage period and irreversible. Therefore, we recommend that you save important information before data is deleted from the system.

Transaction History
VCGamers app only displays last 90 days transaction history to maintain performance and make data searching easier.
No need to worry, longer transactions not lost and remains stored in the system. You can access it at any time via the feature Old Data Request.
How to Access Transaction History More Than 90 Days
- Open menu Transaction in the VCGamers app.
- Choose Old Data Request.
- Determine date range And transaction type that you want to download.
- Click Submit to send a request.
- Monitor request status directly from the app.
- Once the request has been processed, you will receive an email containing CSV file download link.
Important Information
- The download link is only valid for 24–48 hours since the email was received.
- If the download link has expired, please submit a new request via the same menu.
- Make sure the email address on your account is still active so you can receive the download link.
Balance Withdrawal History
The balance withdrawal history is stored for 90 days.
After passing the time limit, the data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. If you need withdrawal data for administrative or personal record keeping purposes, we recommend saving proof of withdrawal before the retention period expires.
Chat History
Conversation history in the app is stored for 20 days.
After passing the time limit, all chat history will be deleted. permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
If you are experiencing any transaction or account related issues, we recommend contacting Customer Support immediately before your chat history is deleted.
Notifications
Notifications in the app are stored for 30 days.
After passing the time limit, the notification will permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. If there is important information in the notification, we recommend saving it before deleting the data from the app.
