Terms and conditions

These user terms and conditions constitute an agreement as outlined in the agreement between the User and VCGamers Asia Pte.Ltd/PT. Sotta Teknologi Indonesia. By registering and using the VCGamers service, the User is deemed to agree and understand to be bound by these terms and conditions.

If the user does not agree with one, some or all of the contents in these terms and conditions, then the user is not recommended to use the service www.vcgamers.com.

Users in this case are VCGamers Sellers and Buyers who are subject to the Terms and Conditions; Privacy Policy; and conditions that apply to VCGamers. Users are required to read it carefully because it will impact the user's legal rights and obligations.

VCGamers advises that children under 15 years of age should not access the internet without prior consent from a parent or other legal guardian. All activities, costs and transactions carried out by VCGamers users must comply with the applicable terms and conditions. If the user does not obtain permission from parents for every activity, fee and transaction carried out by the user, then the user is not permitted to use all VCGamers services.

If the User violates the provisions, VCGamers has the right to give a warning regarding the violation or can immediately stop or suspend the Service.

Account

1. VCGamers does not charge fees for creating accounts, either to Sellers or Buyers.
2. When registering, 1 (one) telephone number can only be used to register 1 (one) VCGamers user, and is permanent.
3. Users must be personally responsible for maintaining account and password confidentiality in carrying out all activities that occur under the user's account.

Shop

1. VCGamers has the authority to provide action in the form of moderation to banning accounts against Users/Shops who violate provisions, fraud, direct/invite transactions outside the platform, cheat or manipulate user data in order to increase the shop's reputation in the form of reviews/number of transactions by shopping at the shop yourself or a personal account.
2. Store balance comes from product sales on the VCGamers site and cannot be added manually (Top Up).
3. Store balances can be withdrawn from the Bank Account that has been registered in the User's account, and cannot be used as a payment method for digital product/game purchase transactions.
4. Users can change the store name in accordance with the policies determined by VCGamers. Users must ensure that changes to the shop name are as desired and Users are personally responsible for changes to the shop name and/or shop domain made by the User.
5. VCGamers has the authority to freeze Buyer Balances and Shop balances if fraud is found/suspected in transactions and/or violations of VCGamers' terms and conditions.

Security

1. The User is personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account and password for all activities that occur under the User's account.
2. The user is obliged to ensure that the user exits the account at the end of each transaction/visit. If there is any unauthorized use of accounts and passwords, users can report it to VCGamers.
3. VCGamers will not ask for a user's username, password or OTP (One Time Password) code for any reason.
4. VCGamers can take action, whether in the form of product deletion, store moderation, store closure, account suspension and/or deletion of user accounts for any alleged violation of the VCGamers Terms and Conditions and/or applicable laws in Indonesia.
5. VCGamers has the right to close user or shop accounts temporarily or permanently if fraudulent acts are found in carrying out transactions and/or violations of the user penalty policy.
6. Users agree not to use, modify and/or exploit the Platform/Application network or data using either automatic or manual technology without permission from VCGamers.
7. Users agree not to use or access the VCGamers system in whole or in part with viruses, software or other technology that can disrupt, inhibit, limit, take over the functionality or weaken the integrity of the software or hardware system, network and/or data on the VCGamers Platform and Application.
8. Users agree not to use and/or access the VCGamers system directly or indirectly either in whole or in part with viruses, software or other technology which may result in weakening, damaging, disrupting or inhibiting, limiting and/or taking over the functionality and integrity of the software or hardware systems, networks and/or data on the VCGamers site/Platform.
9. Users are prohibited from creating and/or using hardware/software/features and/or other tools, including emulators, robots, macros, crawlers and/or automatic devices with the aim of accessing or using services on the VCGamers system, such as but not limited to
   1. manipulation of store data;
   2. create multiple accounts;
   3. manipulate devices with the aim of harming VCGamers;
   4. browsing activities (crawling/scraping) or copying content; which is detrimental to VCGamers and/or VCGamers users
   5. automation activities in transactions, buying and selling, promotions, and so on; which is detrimental to VCGamers and/or VCGamers users
   6. collect (harvest) or steal user data;
   7. spamming, sending large amounts of electronic communications, sending chain letters; and/or
   8. other activations that can reasonably be assessed as partly acts of manipulation of services and systems.
10. The User hereby declares that VCGamers is not responsible for any losses or problems arising from misuse of the User's account resulting from the User's negligence, including but not limited to approving and/or providing account login access sent by VCGamers to other parties, or the negligence of other Users which results in losses or problems with the User's account.

User Transactions

1. Buyers make transactions using transaction procedures that have been determined by VCGamers. The Buyer makes payment using the payment method previously chosen by the Buyer, and then VCGamers will forward the funds to the Seller when the buying and selling transaction stages in the VCGamers system have been completed.
2. Buyers are required to know and study virtual item information before making transactions, so that buyers can make transactions and know how to trade in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. VCGamers is not responsible if there is a transaction or order confirmation problem caused by the buyer not entering the data required for order delivery (such as game ID; character name, etc.)
4. Buyers are required to make payment using the selected payment method with a nominal amount that corresponds to the bill amount stated on the payment page. VCGamers is not responsible for losses experienced by the Buyer, if the Buyer makes a payment that does not match the billing amount stated on the payment page.
5. Payment by the Buyer must be made immediately (no later than the specified time limit) after the Buyer checks out. If payment has not been made by the Buyer within this time limit, the Buyer cannot continue payment and the order will be canceled automatically. Buyers can immediately reorder.
6. Buyers are advised to double-check the nominal payment amount with the billing amount stated on the payment page. Because if the Buyer makes a payment with an amount that does not match the nominal bill that should be paid, the transaction will not be detected by the system.
7. VCGamers will not be responsible for losses experienced by the Buyer, if the Buyer makes a payment that does not match the billing amount stated on the payment page.
8. Buyer Balance is the VCGamers Digital Wallet which comes from transaction refunds (refunds) for purchasing digital products, and/or game products on the VCGamers site and can also be topped up independently by the User
9. The Buyer's Balance can be used as a payment method for transactions purchasing digital products and/or game products on the VCGamers site and funds can be withdrawn (withdrawals) to the bank account registered in the User's account.
10. If a refund process occurs, the refund will be made via the User's Buyer's Balance which will increase according to the amount of the refund (excluding payment admin fees) and can be used again for shopping or disbursed to the buyer's account (except for payments using features PayLater).
11. Refunds from VCGamers to Buyers can only be made in the following certain circumstances:
    1. Excess payment from buyers over the price of the product.
    2. Product delivery problems have been clearly identified by the Seller which has resulted in product orders not arriving.
    3. The seller has agreed to send the product order, but after the specified time limit it turns out that the seller does not send the product by the specified time limit.
    4. Resolution of problems through the resolution center in the form of a decision to return funds to the Buyer or the result of a decision from VCGamers.
12. Buyers fully understand and agree that all transactions carried out between buyers and sellers other than through the official VCGamers account and/or without VCGamers' knowledge (through private facilities/networks, sending messages, special transaction arrangements outside the VCGamers site or other efforts) are their personal responsibility from the Buyer.
13. The buyer agrees not to disclose or submit proof of payment and/or payment data to parties other than VCGamers. In the event that losses occur as a result of notification or delivery and/or payment data by the buyer to another party, this will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
14. Buyers can confirm receipt of the product, after receiving the product purchased. VCGamers provides a time limit according to the product category purchased after the delivery has the status "sent" in the VCGamers system so that the Buyer confirms receipt of the Digital Product/Product. If within this time limit there is no confirmation or claim from the buyer. Then the VCGamers system will automatically confirm receipt.
15. After confirmation of product receipt or automatic confirmation of product receipt, the buyer's funds sent to the official VCGamers account will be continued to the Seller (the transaction is considered complete). If user No update "order complete" on orders with sent status within two (2) days for normal transactions, namely 2 to 17 days (according to product category); and transactions with features lightning process And instant delivery within 12 hours, VCGamers has the right to consider that the order has been completed.
16. VCGamers has the authority to make decisions on unresolved transaction issues, both between Sellers and Buyers by requesting and viewing the necessary evidence. VCGamers' decision is a final decision that cannot be contested and is binding on the Seller and Buyer to comply with it.

Terms and Conditions for Using Credit/Debit Card Payment Methods

Seller Transactions

1. Sellers are required to provide complete and clear product images and information according to the quality of the products they sell. If there is a discrepancy between the product images and information uploaded by the Seller and the product received by the Buyer, VCGamers has the right to cancel/withhold transaction funds.
2. In using the "Product Title", "Product Photo" and "Product Description" facilities, Sellers are prohibited from making standard clause regulations that do not comply with applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia, including but not limited to (i) not accepting complaints, ( ii) do not accept refunds, (iii) price depreciation, etc.
3. If there is a conflict between the product name and/or product description and the VCGamers Terms and Conditions, then the applicable rules are the VCGamers Terms and Conditions.
4. The Seller is obliged to provide confirmation to accept or reject the Buyer's Product order within a time limit of 2-24 hours from the notification of the Product order from VCGamers. If within this time limit there is no reply from the Seller, the order will automatically be cancelled.
5. The Seller understands and agrees that VCGamers has the right to moderate the Seller's shop if the Seller refuses, cancels and/or does not respond to the Buyer's Product order with suspicion of manipulating transactions, violating the Terms and Conditions, and/or fraud or other abuse.
6. Sellers are not permitted to provide separate payment methods (split payment) and/or divide 1 (one) Product purchase transaction into 2 (two) different transactions with the aim of manipulating payment methods and/or getting more benefits that violate the Terms and Conditions, which is done in any way, including but not limited to using the "Product Variant" service or selling several products so as to divide the price or transaction amount of a desired product.
7. The seller understands and agrees not to involve VCGamers from responsibility if there are problems with transactions using the Split Payment method, including but not limited to transaction problems, payment problems, etc.
8. VCGamers has the authority to take action and decisions regarding unresolved transaction problems between the Seller and Buyer by requesting and viewing the necessary evidence. VCGamers' decision is a final decision that cannot be contested and is binding on the Seller and Buyer to comply with it.

Category Terms & Conditions Transactions Based on Category

Top Up

Transactions in the Top Up category at VCGamers must meet the following conditions:

1. Seller forbidden request the Buyer's account login data.
2. Seller forbidden include personal contact (telephone number, other website links, email and social media) in the title, description and image of the merchandise.
3. When making merchandise, make sure to use Category, Brand, Category And Variation which corresponds to what has been provided.
4. Seller required provide images, descriptions and titles that are appropriate to the merchandise being sold.
5. Seller required send orders according to the nominal value of the merchandise sold.
6. Sellers are advised to keep proof of delivery or purchase as proof that they have sent the merchandise to the Buyer.
7. Buyer required Read and understand how to trade for each brand you want to buy.
8. Buyer required fill in the ID, Server and/or other information required for the Top Up process.
9. Buyers are advised to check order completeness if the order status has been sent by the Seller.

Vouchers

Transactions in the Voucher category at VCGamers must meet the following conditions:

1. Seller forbidden request the Buyer's account login data.
2. Seller forbidden include personal contact (telephone number, other website links, email and social media) in the title, description and image of the merchandise.
3. When making merchandise, make sure to use Category, Brand, Category And Variation which corresponds to what has been provided.
4. Seller required provide images, descriptions and titles that are appropriate to the merchandise being sold.
5. Seller required send orders according to the nominal value of the merchandise sold.
6. Sellers are advised to keep proof of delivery or purchase as proof that they have sent the merchandise to the Buyer.
7. Buyer required Read and understand how to trade for each brand you want to buy.
8. Buyers are advised to check order completeness if the order status has been sent by the Seller.

Account

Transactions in the Top Up category at VCGamers must meet the following conditions:

1. Seller forbidden include personal contact (telephone number, other website links, email and social media) in the title, description and image of the merchandise.
2. When making merchandise, make sure to use Category, Brand, Category And Variation which corresponds to what has been provided.
3. Seller required provide images, descriptions and titles that are appropriate to the merchandise being sold.
4. Seller required send orders according to the merchandise account being sold.
5. Sellers are advised to keep proof of delivery or purchase as proof that they have sent the merchandise to the Buyer.
6. Buyer required Read and understand how to trade for each brand you want to buy.
7. Buyers are advised to check order completeness if the order status has been sent by the Seller.
8. Buyers are advised to immediately secure the account provided by the Seller (applies to game accounts)

Live Stream App

1. Seller forbidden request the Buyer's account login data.

3. When making merchandise, make sure to use Category, Brand, Category And Variation which corresponds to what has been provided.

6. Sellers are advised to keep proof of delivery or purchase as proof that they have sent the merchandise to the Buyer.

Jockey Services

1. Seller forbidden request the Buyer's recovery account data.
2. Seller forbidden include personal contact (telephone number, other website links, email and social media) in the title, description and image of the merchandise.
3. When making merchandise, make sure to use Category, Brand, Category And Variation which corresponds to what has been provided.
4. Seller required provide images, descriptions and titles that are appropriate to the merchandise being sold.
5. Seller required send orders according to the nominal value of the merchandise sold.
6. Sellers are advised to keep proof of the Buyer's account status before and after processing, as proof that they have sent the merchandise to the Buyer.
7. Buyer required Read and understand how to trade for each brand you want to buy.
8. Buyers are advised to check order completeness if the order status has been sent by the Seller.
9. Buyer forbidden using the account processed by the Seller during the Jockey process
10. Buyers are advised to change their login password after the Jockey process is complete.

Game Coins

1. Seller forbidden request the Buyer's account login data.
2. Seller forbidden include personal contact (telephone number, other website links, email and social media) in the title, description and image of the merchandise.
3. When making merchandise, make sure to use Category, Brand, Category And Variation which corresponds to what has been provided.

9. Buyers are advised to check order completeness if the order status has been sent by the Seller.

E-wallet

8. Buyers are advised to check order completeness if the order status has been sent by the Seller.

Note Terms & Conditions for Transaction Category:

• If the Seller uses the Express Process feature on his merchandise then, Terms and Conditions for Using the Express Process Feature will apply.
• If the Seller uses the Instant Delivery feature on his merchandise then, Terms and Conditions for Using the Instant Delivery Feature will apply.
• If VCGamers finds that the Seller has violated the Terms and Conditions above, the product can be deactivated and the Seller's Store Status will be moderated until the Seller confirms changes to the image or description of the merchandise.
• If there is merchandise where the seller uses a picture or provides information in the description of the denomination being sold that is more than the title used by the merchandise. The seller is obliged to send orders according to the largest nominal value.
• If the Buyer does not confirm receipt (either accepting the order or complaining about problems with the order received) by the specified time limit, then the order status will automatically be Completed and the balance will be passed on to the Seller
• If you complain (moderate) an order from the Buyer, Seller must send valid proof of delivery to the Complaints Menu and/or other media used by VCGamers

Showcase Products

1. Sellers are prohibited from using shop windows for advertising purposes or carrying out promotions on other platform pages outside the VCGamers platform.
2. Sellers are prohibited from providing personal contact to buyers for the purpose of conducting transactions outside VCGamers.
3. Sellers are prohibited from providing inappropriate information in shop or product descriptions.
4. Sellers are prohibited from using VCGamers logos or digital assets either on merchandise or in profile photos without VCGamers' permission.
5. Sellers must provide product information, specifications and naming that are appropriate to the products they sell.
6. VCGamers can revoke a product or store moderation if it is deemed that the product violates the applicable terms and conditions.

Cost

1. VCGamers has the right to charge fees for every transaction carried out through the VCGamers Platform, for certain services that are subject to service fees, such as fees for:
   1. Transaction Successful;
   2. Payment for purchases;
   3. Withdrawing funds;
   4. Feature Fees;
   5. Insurance fee;
   6. Other Service Fees.
2. In the event that VCGamers will make changes to fees for each user transaction in the future, VCGamers will notify the user via the VCGamers platform.

Price

1. Sellers are prohibited from setting unreasonable prices for Products offered through the VCGamers site. If VCGamers finds actions that are considered unreasonable in the prices of the Digital Products/Products offered, then VCGamers has the right to take action in accordance with applicable regulations.
2. The Seller understands that in the event of a typo in product information that causes the price information or other information to be inappropriate, it will be the Seller's responsibility. And the seller can refuse the transaction if it is proven that the product and price attached are not appropriate.
3. Users agree that any problems/disputes that occur between sellers and buyers are not the responsibility of VCGamers.
4. In the event that the user agrees to a transaction carried out via the VCGamers Platform, the user agrees to pay the total fees that must be paid, as stated on the payment page which consists of (the price of the Product/Digital Product, and other fees that may arise and will be explained in detail explicitly on the payment page).

Promotion

1. VCGamers can hold promotional activities at any time with different terms and conditions for each activity.
2. Users are expected to read carefully the Terms and Conditions for each promotional activity taking place.
3. Users can only use 1 (one) account for each promotional activity. If
   VCGamers finds that there are users who have created more than 1 (one) account to benefit from these promotional activities, VCGamers can take action as deemed necessary without prior notification to the User. These activities can take the form of canceling transactions, canceling Promo Codes, blocking accounts, holding and withdrawing user balances or legal action if fraudulent acts are discovered by Users.
4. VCGamers can change the terms and conditions of any promotional activities, held by the party
5. VCGamers from time to time without prior notification to the User.
6. VCGamers has 2 types of Promos: a) VCGamers Promo Code, namely a Promotion that originates and is valid on the VCGamers platform; and b) Third Party Promo Codes, namely Promotions originating from third parties and valid outside the VCGamers platform.
7. VCGamers is not responsible for promotions originating from third parties and valid on other platforms outside of VCGamers.
8. The Promo Code obtained by the User can only be used for certain products available on the VCGamers platform and within a certain time period.
9. Promo codes that are not used or exchanged will automatically expire and cannot be used again.
10. The VCGamers Promo Code will return to being a promo code and can be used again if the transaction is cancelled.

Instant Features & Fast Process

1. The Instant Feature and Quick Process is a Delivery Program created by VCGamers for Stores that have high speed and success in delivering their products. This program aims to increase store sales and profits, with a fast delivery system.
2. In the Instant Features and Express Process program, VCGamers can select and determine which stores have the right to use and obtain the status/label "Instant" and "Express Process", with criteria determined by VCGamers.
3. VCGamers has the right to revoke the status/label "Instant" and "Quick Process" if within a week in a row the percentage of successful transactions is below 90%.
4. VCGamers has the right to take action against the Seller if they violate the VCGamers Terms and Conditions.

Content Loading

1. Every User is prohibited from uploading or using words, comments, images or any content that contains SARA, vulgarity, discrimination, demeaning or insulting other people and is threatening, advertising or promoting on platforms other than VCGamers. Along with things that are considered to violate applicable laws in Indonesia or social values and norms and/or based on policies that apply to the VCGamers platform. VCGamers can take necessary action if this provision is violated, further provisions will be regulated in the Penalty Policy.
2. Users are prohibited from using photos/images that have someone else's ownership mark (watermark). Users must understand and agree that misuse of photos/images uploaded by Users is the responsibility of the individual User.
3. When the User uploads Content to the VCGamers Site, the user has knowingly granted VCGamers a non-exclusive worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right and exercise of any and all copyrights, publicity, trademarks, database rights and the intellectual property rights that Users have in the content.
4. Users are obliged to guarantee not to violate intellectual property rights when uploading User content to the VCGamers site. Users are personally responsible for violations of intellectual property rights uploaded on the VCGamers Platform.
5. Users agree not to hold VCGamers responsible for any misuse of intellectual property rights committed by other users.
6. VCGamers has the right to at any time withdraw Content/Products that are deemed to violate the Terms and Conditions of the VCGamers website and Applicable Legal Regulations.

Store Balance Withdrawal

1. Shop balance withdrawals have different bank transfer fees for each bank/e-wallet, the fees are adjusted to the bank transfer fees. This fee will be charged to users every time they make a store balance withdrawal or bank transfer.
2. Balance withdrawals will be processed within 2×24 hours on working days. If within 2×24 hours the funds have not been disbursed past this time limit, users can immediately contact Customer Service via email at [email protected] or by Whatsapp for further handling 0815-9021-021 / 0815-1111-1659.
3. In the event that there is an alleged violation of the VCGamers Terms and Conditions, fraud, manipulation or crime, the User agrees to understand and agree that VCGamers has the right to examine, freeze, postpone and/or cancel the withdrawal of funds made by the User within the required time period.

Resolution Center

1. Resolution center is a feature provided by VCGamers to facilitate the resolution of transaction issues between Buyers and Sellers. Buyers or sellers are asked to attach proof of transactions required to use this feature.
2. This feature will automatically hold Product payment funds to the Seller until the problem reported to the Resolution Center is resolved.
3. In the event that the seller/buyer does not provide an answer within 1×24 hours after the problem is created, the problem will automatically be resolved based on the solution approved by VCGamers. VCGamers has the right to make a decision on this issue by looking at the existing evidence and/or the evidence that must be completed by each party. VCGamers has the right to mediate and/or make decisions to resolve problems in the Resolution Center discussion.
4. If no agreement is found between the seller and the buyer within 2×24 hours, then VCGamers has the right to help resolve the problem.
5. Buyers and sellers understand and agree that in resolving problems in the Resolution Center, Buyers and Sellers are obliged to provide responses to existing problems until they are resolved by complying with the conditions and time limits as determined by VCGamers in the relevant discussion.

Disclaimer and Indemnification

1. VCGamers always strives to keep the VCGamers service safe, secure and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee that continuous operation or access to our Services will always be perfect. The information and data on the VCGamers site may not occur in real time.
2. Users agree that by using the VCGamers Service, the User is personally responsible for the risks that occur as a User of this VCGamers Service.
3. To the extent permitted by applicable Law, VCGamers (including the Company, Directors and Employees) is not responsible, and you agree not to hold VCGamers liable for any losses including but not limited to loss of money, reputation, profits or losses (including but not limited to loss of money, reputation, profits, or other intangible losses) resulting directly or indirectly:
   1. In the event of the User's inability to use VCGamers features or services.
   2. Prices, delays, or interruptions of services available within VCGamers.
   3. Negligence and losses incurred by each User.
   4. Violation of IPR
   5. Disputes between users, Defamation of the good name of other parties
   6. Any misuse of Digital Products/Products that have been purchased by the User.
   7. Losses resulting from unauthorized payments to parties other than the Official VCGamers Account, which in any way act in the name of VCGamers or negligence in writing the account and/or negligence on the part of the bank.
   8. Viruses or other software bots, scripts, automation tools obtained by accessing and/or connecting to the VCGamers service.
   9. Any glitches, bugs, errors or inaccuracies in the VCGamers service.
   10. Damage to your hardware from users of any VCGamers service.
   11. Content, actions, or inaction of third parties, including related to Products on the VCGamers site that are suspected to be fake.
   12. Enforcement actions taken in connection with User accounts.
   13. There are hacking actions carried out by third parties on user accounts.
4. Users understand that VCGamers' proportional responsibility limits are as a provider of marketplace website services for game products and digital products.
5. If a User has a dispute with one or more users, you release VCGamers (including the Company, Directors and Employees) from claims and demands or damages and losses (actual and implied) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way related to the dispute, including but not limited to losses arising from the purchase of products that have been prohibited. In this way, the User deliberately waives any legal protection (contained in laws or other legal regulations) which would limit the scope of this waiver provision.
6. Users will release VCGamers from claims for compensation and defend VCGamers (including the Company, Directors and Employees) from any claims or demands, including reasonable legal costs, made by third parties arising in the event that you violate this Agreement, users of VCGamers services who do not appropriate and/or User violations of the Law or third party rights.

Intellectual Property

VCGamers prohibits all activities in the name of VCGamers by copying, copying, using any intellectual property rights belonging to VCGamers in the form of logos, images or icons belonging to VCGamers without written approval from VCGamers.

If it is discovered/suspected that there has been an act of infringement committed by a user on behalf of VCGamers by attaching a logo, image or icon belonging to VCGamers without written approval, then VCGamers releases itself from all claims and compensation in connection with and/or arising from such action.

Other Terms

1. In the event that the user uses the features/services available on the VCGamers Site, the User hereby declares that he understands and agrees to all the terms and conditions specifically regulated in connection with the features/services used.
2. Anything that has not been and/or is not regulated in the specific terms and conditions in this feature will fully refer to VCGamers terms and conditions in general.
3. By reading and agreeing to the VCGamers Terms and Conditions, the User is deemed to comply with the VCGamers Privacy Policy.

Rule of law

These Terms are governed and/interpreted in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law rules. Users agree that any legal action or dispute that may arise from, relate to, or be in any way related to the site and/or this Agreement will be resolved exclusively in the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.

Renewal of Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be changed and/or updated from time to time without prior notice. VCGamers expects you to read carefully and check this Terms and Conditions page from time to time for any changes. By continuing to access and use the VCGamers platform, users are deemed to have agreed to the changes in these Terms and Conditions.

Force Majeure

Any default, error, interruption or delay in carrying out obligations or any non-conformity in the Platform and/or Service content caused, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by an event of failure caused by Force Majeure or force majeure circumstances will not be considered as VCGamers' failure to fulfill its obligations under these user Terms and Conditions.
