- Log in to your VCGamers account
- Click the profile menu in the bottom right corner of the VCGamers page
- Click menu Arrangement
- Click menu Security
- Click on the text Forgot PIN?
- A pop-up confirming sending the new PIN to the registered email will appear
- Click Confirmation to get a new PIN in the registered email
- Check folders Inbox/spam on your email
- Congratulations, the security PIN has been successfully reset.
To change the PIN, please check the sub menu Change the account security PIN
