Regarding Transaction History

Transaction History is a feature that can be used to view details of transactions you have made. Vicigers can search Transaction History based on transaction number, status and date.

1. How to view transaction history?
   • Click menu Transaction under the VCGamers page
     
2. What is the maximum period available for transaction history?
   • Vicigers can only access a maximum of the last 3 months, the date of which will follow the date when accessed. For example, today is March 29 2023, then the Transaction List will only appear a maximum of 3 months earlier, namely December 29 2022. Furthermore, if you access it on March 30 2023, then the maximum that will appear will be December 30 2022 and so on.
