- Make sure you have Buyer's Balance and have activated it Buyer's Balance PIN
- If you don't have a balance or your balance is low, do it immediately TopUp Buyer Balance
- Once the balance is filled and sufficient to make transactions, order products as usual
- Select product > Add to basket and enter purchase notes > Select payment Buyer's Balance
- Continue payment until completed, confirm by entering your 6 digit account security PIN
- Congratulations, your VCGamers payment transaction has been completed
Notes:
– Make sure your Buyer Balance is sufficient for product purchases plus service fees (if any)
– Never share the Buyer's Balance PIN with anyone for any reason to avoid unwanted things
– If you forget the Buyer's Balance PIN, you can go to the submenu Forgot account security PIN
