Currently, Buyer Balance Top Up is in progress maintenance. Later, if the buyer's balance can be topped up again, you can follow these steps:
- Click menu Account in the bottom right corner of the page
- Click Buyer's Balance
- Click Top up Balance
- Select or fill in the topup nominal
- Choose Payment method
- Click Pay
- Buyer Balance can only be used to make payments on VCGamers Marketplace
Please note, VCGamers applies admin fees according to the payment method chosen with the following details:
- BCA Bank: IDR 4,000
- Alfamart: IDR 5,000
- QRIS: 2% with a minimum of IDR 500
- Credit Card: 6% with maximum topup of 1,000,000
Addition to the Buyer's Balance according to the nominal input (excluding admin fees that have been paid)
