Express Process Feature

Express Process is a feature that gives buyers a guarantee that their order will be sent in less than 10 minutes by the seller.

If the order delivery exceeds the 10 minute time limit, the buyer is given the opportunity to cancel the order unilaterally.

Each product variant that activates the Express Process feature has a specially marked label and section.

Terms and conditions

• Express Process Feature Terms and Conditions
• Have a verified VCGamers account, mobile number & email.
• Has a percentage of successful store transactions above 90%.
• Have a minimum of 50 successful transactions in categories that have the Express Process feature.
• Has a store rating above 4 stars.
• Have a good sales history during sales.
• Has an average store delivery of 10 Minutes
• If the seller deactivates the express processing feature of their product variant, they will need a delay of ± 1 hour if they want to reactivate it.
• Transactions that are successfully carried out using the Express Process feature are only considered successful transactions, without affecting the average delivery speed.
• Make sure to refresh the order page before sending it if the delivery time exceeds 10 minutes.
• Orders sent exceed 10 minutes and it turns out the order has been canceled by the buyer, all losses are the full responsibility of the seller.
• If there is a condition where the buyer enters the wrong data which hinders the order delivery process, the seller can choose to cancel the order.
• If the seller cancels an order due to the seller's negligence, such as not updating prices and stock or the order received being canceled by the buyer, this will affect the performance percentage of using the Express Process feature.
• If fraud occurs in the transaction or the seller cannot process orders within 10 minutes exceeding 30% (Delivery delay percentage > 30%) or cancels using the above criteria from the total orders received on the same day, then the Express Process feature will be deactivated with the following conditions *:
  • Deactivation I: Deactivated for 3 days.
  • Deactivation II: Deactivated 5 days.
  • Deactivation III: Deactivated 7 days.
  • Subsequent deactivations are valid in multiples of 7 days until permanent deactivation
• Sellers who use this feature but have 20 orders being moderated or complained by buyers on the same day, the express processing feature will be temporarily disabled until all order moderation is completed.
• VCGamers will periodically check and take action against the use of the Express Process feature.
• VCGamers has the right to select stores and products that can use the Express Process feature based on certain criteria.
• VCGamers reserves the right to change or add to applicable regulations without prior notification.

How to Enable the Express Process Feature

If the shop meets the requirements to get the express processing feature, then this feature can be activated using the following steps:

• Go to the Store/Shop page.
• Select tabs Request > Proses Kilat > Submit a Request.
• The VCGamers admin will respond to feature requests within a maximum of 14 working days from the time they are submitted, please check regularly.
• If the application has been approved, the seller can later add/edit product variations by moving the switch button to the right on the toggle Proses Kilat to activate it.
