KYC Verification

Maybe you are wondering, what is KYC? KYC, or Know Your Customer, is a validation process used to verify the identity of Partners who wish to use VCGamers services. This process aims to ensure that the customer identity provided is truly genuine and valid. Here are the next steps:

1. Open Website VCGamers Partner
2. After logging in, you will get a notification to complete it KYC.
3. Please complete it by pressing "Click Here" in your account.
   • You will be directed to a new page to fill in KYC information.
   • For Personal KYC Please fill in the required data, such as:
     • PIC's full name
     • Business Name
     • Business Address
     • Province
     • City
     • Scan KTP/Student Card
     • Scan NPWP
     • Selfie Photo

Legality Conditions:

Personal Individual

1. Make sure the personal identity you use is your KTP. Currently other identity cards (SIM, Student Card, Passport, etc.) cannot be used for verification.
2. Use the original KTP, not a photocopy.
3. Make sure all parts of the KTP are not cut off and the information on the KTP can be read clearly.
4. When taking a selfie with your ID card, make sure the lighting is good and don't use accessories that make your face look different. (Example: Sunglasses)
5. When taking a selfie with your KTP, make sure your face is fully visible and facing straight at the camera, not at an angle.

Company

For companies that want to use this service, a validation process is required to ensure the identity of the company. We provide a support team that is ready to assist companies in the verification process as well as in the NDA & PKS process.

• For Company KYC Please fill in the required data, such as:
  • PIC's full name
  • Business Name
  • Business Address
  • Province
  • City
  • Scan KTP/Student Card
  • Scan NPWP
  • Selfie Photo
  • Scan SIUP
  • Scan SPPKP
  • No. NPWP
  • Company Address based on NPWP
  • No. SIUP

This verification process takes max 1×24 hours since the application was made. Every data entered will be reviewed by the legal team. If you exceed the specified time limit, you can contact the Support Team to get further information.

OTP (One Time Password)

Don't forget to check your inbox on WhatsApp to get the OTP code.

This OTP code is very confidential, never give your OTP code to any party without exception. We will never ask or ask for information regarding any data from any Partner. If there is any suspicious activity & transaction, contact us immediately support team

Verification Successful

Make sure you provide information No. Mobile phone (connected to WhatsApp) and active email. All official information will be provided through the data you have input into our system.
