Gift Skins, Items and Mobile Legends Heroes sold must meet the following conditions:
- Skins, items and heroes sent must be obtained in a legal way.
- Seller forbidden Send orders for Gift Skins, Items and Heroes in the form of Diamonds.
- Seller required to immediately make friends with buyers after receiving order information.
- Seller required send orders according to the product title.
- Seller prohibited from making products skins, items and heroes that are pre-order or limited time.
- Pre-Order Skin/item/Hero = Skin/item/Hero that has not been released on the official server, or is already in the in-game store but cannot be purchased yet
- Skin/item/Hero Limited Time = Skin/item/Hero that can only be purchased for a short time < 7 days
- Sellers are required to keep proof of delivery of orders to buyers in the form of screenshots (screenshots) or screen recording (screenrecord).
- The balance of sales proceeds will be held for 10 days, as a guarantee that the seller will send the order after making friends for 7 days.
- If the order is still not delivered after 9 days of contact, and there is no further reply from the seller regarding the order 1×24 hours after the complaint is submitted, then VCGamers has the right to refund the order.
If VCGamers finds that the seller is sending skins, items and heroes that do not comply with the sales conditions above, the seller will be given sanctions in the form of:
- Gradual product removal and Shop* moderation. If the product made does not comply with the sales conditions above.
- Permanent product removal and Shop moderation**. If the Gift Skin, Gift Item and Gift Hero given by the seller are obtained by illegal.
*) If the shop violates it twice, then the third violation will result in the shop being closed permanently.
**) VCGamers has the right to change the contents of these sales conditions at any time.
