Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (along with the User Terms and Penalty Policy of the VCGamers Platform as stated in the Terms & Conditions and other information contained in the Platform) sets out the basis for all acquisition, collection, processing, analysis, display, disclosure, storage, change, deletion and/or all forms of management related to data or information that identifies or can be used to identify Users that Users provide to VCGamers or VCGamers collects from Users. (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”). 

By using the VCGamers Platform and services, the user declares that he agrees and agrees to all applicable provisions (including but not limited to Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Penalty Policy), the user also agrees to all VCGamers activities in using, collecting, processing, displaying, store, change, delete and/or use the data as stated in this Policy.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal Data collected by VCGamers is carried out with the aim of processing transactions and/or user activities and expediting the process of using the platform. Data submitted voluntarily by Users, with the aim of:

1. create a VCGamers account (Register) as an example of a username (username); e-mail; phone number; Photo; and other information that can identify a user;
2. Interact with VCGamers through Customer Service.
3. Using other services on the platform, including detailed transactions, including the type, quantity and/or description of the product or service purchased, payment channel used, number of transactions, date and time of transaction, as well as other transaction details;
4. Fill in payment data when users carry out payment transaction activities, including but not limited to Bank Accounts, Virtual Accounts and E-wallets.
5. Using features on the site that require access permission to relevant data stored on the user's device such as (camera, gallery, contacts, storage etc.).
6. Data recorded when Users use the Platform/Application such as: Location; IP address; and data in the form of the time each user carries out activities related to using the Platform, including during Registration, Log In and Transactions.
7. Device data used to access the Platform, including language selection, serial number, device movement information, and/or cellular network information;
8. Notes (Logs), including on servers that receive data such as device IP address, date, access time, OS type (Operating System)  and OS Version (Operating System) application features or pages viewed application work processes and other work system activities along with browser type (browser).
9. All Personal Data collected and originating from third parties who collaborate with VCGamers including but not limited to vendors, consultants, professional advisors and other parties that VCGamers may collect for the purpose of involving third parties. By providing the information mentioned above, the User waives the rights to claims, losses, demands and lawsuits that may occur regarding all forms of acquisition, use, storage, utilization and/or disclosure of information (including personal data) in the VCGamers system.

USE OF PERSONAL DATA

VCGamers uses user personal data for the following purposes:

1. Process various forms of requests, activities and transactions carried out by Users through the Platform and/or Application
2. Providing services on the VCGamers Platform and/or Application (such as solving software problems, bugs, operational issues, data analysis, testing and monitoring user trends).
3. Helping users to connect with Customer Service services such as:
   1. Check and resolve user issues
   2. Provide user service feedback
   3. Contacting users via email, telephone, WhatsApp and/or other methods (for the purpose of assisting and completing the transaction process or problem resolution process).
   4. Inform users regarding products, services, updated information related to the Platform and/or Application. 
4. Carry out supervision and investigation of all problems, suspicious transactions that detect fraud or violations of the Terms and Conditions or legal provisions in force in the Republic of Indonesia. So VCGamers has the right to take action unilaterally as a follow-up to this supervision.
5. Using or disclosing user Personal Data in certain circumstances for law enforcement purposes as fulfillment of the requirements and obligations of applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia, and as a follow-up to the results of monitoring such transactions.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

VCGamers intends to maintain the confidentiality of User Data which is under the control of VCGamers and guarantees that there will be no disclosure, sale, transfer, distribution and/or loan of user Personal Data intentionally by VCGamers to third parties without the consent of the user, except in circumstances -the following circumstances:

1. VCGamers provides user personal data with the aim of assisting the relevant team in providing services that will be and/or are available on the VCGamers platform in carrying out transactions, verifying payments or promotions.
2. VCGamers may provide user data for the purposes of analyzing user credit worthiness.
3. VCGamers may collaborate with third parties who assist in developing the business and in improving the product, making it possible to provide services or data to third parties. However, VCGamers will never sell User data to other parties. VCGamers places strict restrictions on third parties' use and disclosure of the data VCGamers provides.
4. VCGamers may provide or disclose user data in order to fulfill legal obligations and/or legitimate requests from law enforcement officials or authorized agencies.

POLICY REGARDING CHILDREN

This platform/application is not intended for children under 15 years of age. VCGamers does not knowingly collect or store personal data or non-personal information from anyone under 15 years of age. VCGamers urges parents and legal guardians not to allow children under your care to send personal data to VCGamers. Because if the personal data of a child under the age of 15 who is in the care of a parent is disclosed to VCGamers, the parent agrees to the use of the child's personal data and accepts to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy on behalf of the child.

COOKIES

Cookies are small pieces of data that will automatically record user traces, preferences or configurations when visiting a Platform/Application to make it easier and more comfortable. Cookies are not used when the user performs other activities on the user's device, other than those that the user has previously agreed to. 

USER DATA SECURITY

VCGamers makes every effort to secure and protect Users' personal data, but in other matters it is beyond the control of VCGamers The User is fully responsible and obliged to maintain the security of the account, including but not limited to the use of the User's email and password.

VCGamers protects any User Personal Data stored in its system and protects such data from unauthorized access, use, modification, retrieval and/or disclosure by using a number of security measures and procedures, including passwords and User OTP (One Time Password) codes. 

WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT 

1. VCGamers will always carry out appropriate procedures to ensure that user personal data can be used appropriately and completely. However, users are obliged to understand and ensure to immediately inform VCGamers in a timely manner of any changes to the User's Personal data or if there are errors in the user's personal data which is under VCGamers' supervision.
2. Users can make changes to user personal data that is under the control of VCGamers through the "Contact Us" service listed in this Privacy Policy. VCGamers will only carry out the change process if the user has provided appropriate evidence of the data.
3. VCGamers has the right to refuse requests to access some or all of the data owned by VCGamers if the data relates to other people or if stated in applicable law.
4. Users can cancel the consent that Users have given regarding the processing of user personal data that is under VCGamers' control by sending a request via the "Contact Us" service or via Customer Service which will then be directed to Customer Service. 
5. If users have concerns about VCGamers' handling or treatment of User Personal Data or if Users believe that their Privacy has been violated, Users can contact VCGamers via the “Contact Us” service or via Customer Service or VCGamers contacts listed in this Privacy Policy by explaining their identity and nature. User complaints. VCGamers will investigate User complaints and attempt to provide responses to such complaints after receiving User complaints.

VCGamers can change this Privacy Policy in line with developments in VCGamers' business activities or as required by laws and regulations and government institutions. VCGamers recommends that Users read carefully and check this Privacy Policy page from time to time to be aware of any changes that occur. By continuing to access and use the VCGamers Platform/Application services, Users are deemed to have agreed to the changes in the Privacy Policy.
