The VIP Seller feature is a feature for sellers that has the following advantages:
- API Integration: Sellers can integrate APIs independently so that the shipping process can run automatically, without the need to process each order manually.
- VIP Badge: Sellers will get a VIP badge on their store profile, thereby increasing buyer trust and encouraging them to choose stores that have the badge.
How to Get VIP Seller Features
Before a Seller can get the VIP Seller Feature, there are several requirements that must be met:
- Email and phone number has been verified by the VCGamers system.
- VCGamers Account has been active for more than 60 days.
- Bank account The name used must be the same as the KTP (or other identification when verifying the store) for the purposes of withdrawing the Store Balance.
- Total sales The store on VCGamers has reached more than Rp10,000,000.
- Store Rating minimum 4.5.
- Average delivery speed less than 10 minutes.
If the Seller has met the above requirements, the Seller can apply to activate the VIP Seller feature by:
- Open the Store page
- View the Features menu
- Click the VIP Seller sub-menu
- Sellers can check the status of the conditions that have been fulfilled or not.
- If all the requirements have been checked, press the Submit Feature button.
