Bug Fixes Up to New Bosses in the Latest Palworld Update

The Palworld update version v0.2.06 has been released on the official website Steam. This Steam version update brings a lot of new content to the game Palworld.

Among other things, you will find a new boss named Bellanoir, a new egg incubation process, and fix bugs in the game arena.

Palworld v0.2.06 update

The v0.2.06 update includes 11 aspects in the Palworld game. In addition to the new Raid Boss, this update also comes with Pal and UI adjustments.

Thanks to this update Kelpsea and Dumud can be more useful in your base now.  There are also many new items that players can use in the game. 

With these new items, players will find it easier to level up Pals and collect them technology point.

New Content 

There are at least 12 new contents that you will find after updating the Palworld game this April. The new content that you will get includes the following:

• You can summon the Raid Boss with the help of the plate on Summoning Altar. After successfully defeating the Raid Boss with friends, you will get Pals Eggs;
• Item “Training Manual” with this item you can give experience points to Pals;
• Item “Ancient Technical Manual” with this item you will get ancient technology points which you can find randomly in underground chests; 
• Item “Recovery Meds” useful for slowly recovering your HP; 
• Item “Homeward Thundercloud” useful for teleporting to the nearest base; 
• Item “Ability Glasses” useful for viewing Pals statistics;
• New passive “Mercy Hit” useful when attacking enemies with HP below 1 Pals cannot reduce HP; 
• Item “Ring of Mercy” useful when attacking enemies with HP below 1 Pals cannot reduce HP; 
• Armor “Multiclimate Undershirt” useful for protecting yourself from heat and cold; 
• New building "Electric Egg Incubator" useful for adjusting the temperature of the eggs so that they remain in optimal temperature conditions; 
• New building "Ore Mining Site" useful for producing seeds at headquarters.

Pals 

There are also a number of updates to several Pals, including:

• Kelpsea can now be useful for producing Pal Fluids on farms; 
• Dumund can also produce high quality Pal Oil on the farm;
• Metal pellet weight can be reduced when riding Surfent Terra;
• Acorn dropping ability increases when riding Astegon; 
• Can increase Pal rank to maximum by using Pal Essence Condenser; 
• Pals with negative status can recover after being in the Pal box for some time. 

UI

Not only that, Palworld also experienced updates in terms of UI. You will find a number of new things, such as:

• When aiming at the ball you can now see how many Pals have been caught;
• Partner skill cooldowns are also visible on the main screen;
• Through the technology screen you can view equipment and item statistics;
• The tutorial feature has been improved and changed its name to “Journey”;
• You can show or hide the “Journey” option in the game options;
• The damage number display can be changed in the game options.

Player

Apart from that, there are also updates that you will get as a player. Among them:

• Items dropped by dead players on dedicated servers can be picked up by other players after 24 hours have passed;
• New emote “sleeping”.

Base Related

• Players can allow/disallow Pals to work on “Monitoring Stand.
• Players can select “allow transport” to make Pal transport items to the chest. 
• Players can edit their characters at any time using the “Antique Dresser”. 
• Building placement rules are much looser so players can connect stairs upwards, connect roofs directly to foundations, and connect triangular walls to stairs.
• Players can force Pal to work and wake him up from rest by taking him to the facility. 
• Pal will remain on duty even if something happens. Except Pal is stored in the Pal Box. 

Balance Adjustments

• More heat and cold resistant armor variations added. Players do not need to remove heat-resistant armor when it is cold at night. 
• Reduces the time required for the egg incubator button. 
• Changed the Jourmundide Ignis pattern to be more unique. 
• Fixed diamond selling price. 
• Single-player players can no longer choose the initial spawn point. 
• Store price adjustments. 
• Eggs have a small chance of producing Alpha Pal. 
• Pal is immune to flying and falling damage. 
• Power increase multiplier while riding reduced from 2.0 to 1.2.
• The starting arena is blocked with rocks to prevent players from getting trapped.

Bug Fixes 

• The bug of treasure chests emptying when the player dies in a dungeon has been fixed. 
• HP adjustment from Legendary Pal and fixed the difference in Legendary Pal's HP being too big. 
• Fixed an issue with balls missing when thrown near Pal Wild. 
• Fixed an issue with Pal driving while eating. 
• Fixed an issue with players not receiving loot when capturing Pals. 

Etc

• Improved various Pal models and textures. 
• Adding and customizing sound effects.
• Fixed many other minor bugs.

Dedicated Server 

• Fixed problematic sorting in the server list. 
• Fixed server list so players can transition pages. 
• Dedicated servers support log output. 
• Implementation of REST APIs. 

Fraud Prevention

To prevent players from cheating, Pocketpair implemented updates in the following two aspects:

• Fixed the game's vulnerability to Steam account spoofing. 
• Fixed 7 other critical vulnerabilities.

Soundtracks

• Players can enjoy a new song in the Palworld game. Previously players had to buy the soundtrack and add it first. 

Meanwhile, the Palworld v0.2.06 update is only available on Steam. That means those of you who play on PC can already experience this update.

Meanwhile, those of you who play Palworld games on Xbox For now, we haven't been able to experience the Palworld v0.2.06 update. 

Additional information, in the near future Pocketpair as the developer of Palworld will soon release a major update too.
