Payment steps using Credit Card:
- Select a payment method Credit Card Via Tokopedia
- Continue payment
- Copy the VA number in the order details
- Open the app or site Tokopedia, then select the menu Top Up & Bills
- Scroll down to the section Pay, then select the menu E-Invoicing
- In the search/select merchant column, search and select My Money (Card Payment)
- Enter the VA number that you copied earlier in the Payment Number column.
- Click the Pay menu.
- Continue the payment process until complete using your credit card on Tokopedia.
- The order status will automatically change after successful system verification.
By using the Credit Card payment method, you have agreed Terms and conditions applicable.
Notes:
At the time of the transaction fail, there will be several reasons issued, these reasons are:
- INSUFFICIENT BALANCE (Insufficient Balance)
- INCORRECT CVN/CVV OR EXPIRATION DATE (Error CVN/CVV or Expired Card)
- INCORRECT CVN/CVV ENTERED (Inaccurate CVN/CVV)
- AUTHENTICATION (3DS) NEEDED
- INACTIVE CARD (Inactive Card)
- REQUIRES CVN/CVV (Requires CVN/CVV)
- EXPIRED CARD (Expired Card)
- CARD REPORTED STOLEN (Card reported Lost)
- GENERIC DECLINE (General Denial)
