- Log in to your VCGamers account
- Click the profile menu in the bottom right corner of the VCGamers page
- Click menu Arrangement
- Click menu Security
- Click on the text Forgot PIN?
- Pop-up confirmation of sending new PIN to WhatsApp number the registered ones will appear
- Click Confirmation to get a new PIN via WhatsApp
- Check WhatsApp on the number registered to your account
- Congratulations, the security PIN has been successfully reset.
To change the PIN, please check the sub menu Change the account security PIN
