🔁 How to Withdraw Buyer Balance

Click on Buyer Balance on the main page or account menu
Click the button Withdraw Balance
If you've never withdrawn your Buyer Balance before, you'll be prompted to enter the destination bank. Subsequent Buyer Balance withdrawals will automatically be made to the account you registered.
Select the bank and fill in the destination account number for the disbursement correctly.
Click the button Validation
If the destination account for the withdrawal is correct and active, it will continue to the next step.
Double check that the bank, account number and name of the account holder for the disbursement are correct.
Checklist the approval section, then click the button Save
You will be directed to the disbursement details page which provides information on the destination account for the disbursement, the disbursement amount and admin fees (if any).
Click the button Pull All
Insert PIN Buyer Balance.
Done! Withdrawal request successfully submitted.
Admin will verify and process the balance withdrawal and you will receive a notification when the process is complete.

⏳ How Long Does the Disbursement Process Take?

The balance withdrawal process takes time:

Maximum 1×24 hours on weekdays (Monday–Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays)
You can see the nominal Buyer Balance that you are currently cashing out in this section.
You can see the Buyer Balance history such as usage, income and withdrawals in this section.

❌ Withdrawals That Cannot Be Processed

Invalid account or limit from bank/e-wallet
The purpose of the disbursement using prefix E-Wallet (VA number for E-Wallet topup)
Buyer Points or Balance comes from VCGamers event prizes.
The balance comes from the PayLater or Credit Card payment method.
There are indications of:
- Fictitious transactions
- Fraud
- System abuse
- Other violations of law
