What is Selling Verification
Selling Verification is a checking process carried out by the VCGamers team for Sellers who want to create or sell new products that the Seller has never previously created on the VCGamers marketplace.
In this process, the Seller is required to fill out several questions regarding the order processing method and upload evidence showing that the seller can actually process and send the product to the buyer.
Purpose of Sales Verification
The Sales Verification Process is carried out to:
- Ensure the Seller has the ability to process the products sold.
- Maintaining the quality and reliability of products available on the VCGamers marketplace.
- Reduce the risk of fraud or unprocessable products.
- Providing a safe and reliable transaction experience for buyers.
Verification Status
Sellers can find products for sale that have been or are still in the verification process, in the menu Arrangement > Selling Verification on Seller Dashboard.
There are several statuses in Selling Verification:
- Rejected: The Seller's verification request was rejected by the VCGamers team for some reason. The seller can see the rejection reason in the verification request notes. The seller can re-verify via the button. Re-Verification.
- Under Review: Selling Verification is still being processed by the VCGamers team.
- Approved: Your Selling Verification has been successfully processed by the VCGamers team and you can start creating the proposed product.
Additional Terms
- VCGamers reserves the right to request additional evidence if necessary.
- VCGamers has the right to refuse verification if the evidence provided is invalid or insufficient.
- Sales Process Verification is processed within a maximum of 2 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays)
- Abuse of the verification process may result in restriction or suspension of the seller's account.
