The VCGamers Affiliate Program is one of the partnership features offered by VCGamers. Before deciding to use the VCGamers affiliate program, users must first understand and review the VCGamers Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.
These VCGamers Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions are part of and subject to the VCGamers General Terms and Conditions, VCGamers Terms of Use, and VCGamers Privacy Policy. The VCGamers Affiliate Program is subject to VCGamers Terms of Use, VCGamers Privacy Policy, Terms of Sale and VCGamers Terms and Conditions as below.
By using the Affiliate Program on the VCGamers platform, the User is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the contents of the VCGamers Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions and any changes thereto in the future.
THESE AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE A VALID AND BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE USER AND VCGamers. IF THE USER DOES NOT AGREE TO ONE, PART, OR ALL OF THE CONTENTS OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN THE USER IS NOT PERMITTED TO CONTINUE USING THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM.
General Terms and Conditions
- VCGamers manages and provides an Affiliate Program on the VCGamers platform where Users can promote outside the VCGamers platform by using a unique link that has been obtained and get a commission if there is a successful transaction through the unique link.
- Users are required to have an active VCGamers account.
- Users are required to verify when registering for the Affiliate Program on the VCGamers platform.
- Users are required to activate their Buyer Balance on the VCGamers platform in order to withdraw or use the commissions they have earned.
- The User agrees that VCGamers may forward all data and/or information provided by the User at the time of verification, including Personal Data, to the relevant authorities for the purpose of providing VCGamers Affiliate Program services.
- The User understands and agrees to provide and submit the required data and/or information, including but not limited to personal information, email address, telephone number, social media, or other platforms used for the purposes of the VCGamers Affiliate Program. If the Buyer does not agree to provide the required data and/or information, the User is prohibited from continuing and using the Affiliate Program on the VCGamers Platform.
Terms and Conditions for Using Unique Links
- Unique links can only be obtained via the share button on the completed transaction details or Affiliate Dashboard within the VCGamers platform.
- The unique link that has been obtained will remain active for a period of 1 year from the date the user obtains the unique link.
- Users are strictly prohibited from using unique links for spam, misleading advertising, or other illegal activities.
Commission Terms and Conditions
- Users automatically earn commissions for every valid transaction with a Completed order status originating from the User's unique link.
- If someone opens the User's unique link, but purchases another product that has an affiliate commission, the User will still receive a commission according to the amount of the product's commission.
- Commissions will be forwarded to the User Affiliate Dashboard within 1-24 working hours after the order status is confirmed. Finished from the User's unique link transaction.
- The commission earned can only be changed to the Buyer's Balance.
- Users acknowledge and agree that VCGamers fully regulates the commission amount and its changes at any time without prior notice.
- Users acknowledge and agree that VCGamers has the right to cancel the commission if there are problems with the order, if there are indications of fraud or violations.
Obligations & Sanctions
- Users are required to maintain VCGamers' reputation during and without limitation, promotions and communications from parties outside VCGamers aimed at the VCGamers Affiliate Program.
- If the User is found to have violated any, part or all of the applicable Terms and Conditions and/or User Rules, then VCGamers will cancel the Commission, remove the User from participating in the Affiliate Program, withhold and reduce the Buyer's Balance, up to freezing all of the User's VCGamers accounts.
Changes & Termination
VCGamers reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, commissions, or terminate the affiliate program without prior notice.
