Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) are an integral part of the main Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) of VCGamers. By opening a store and/or selling products on the VCGamers Platform (“Platform”), you as a Seller (“You”, “Seller”) declare that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all points in these Terms of Sale and the main T&Cs of VCGamers.

If there is a conflict between these Terms of Sale and the main T&Cs, then the main T&Cs of VCGamers apply.


2. Seller Account

  1. The seller is responsible for all information displayed, published and communicated through his account.
  2. The seller is obliged to maintain account security and not provide access to other parties.
  3. Sellers are prohibited from having more than 1 (one) active stores on the VCGamers Platform.
  4. Sellers are prohibited from using store names, logos, or visual identities that imitate other stores or resemble official brands without permission.
  5. Sellers are prohibited from using store names, logos, or visual identities that could potentially direct transactions outside the platform.

3. Product & Showcase Management

1. Product Liability

    • The seller is responsible for quality, stock, authenticity, legality and legal ownership of the products sold.
    • Products must not violate Indonesian law or the intellectual property rights of others.

2. Product Information

The seller must:

      • Provide product images, titles and descriptions. clear, complete, accurate and not misleading.
      • Displaying reasonable and accountable prices.
      • Place the product in the correct category.

Forbidden:

      • Provide your own rules such as: “no complaints”, “no refunds”, “items cannot be returned”.
      • Product duplication (copying images/text from other stores).
      • Selling more than 1 product in 1 merchandise listing.
      • Selling products that do not fit the category, or categories that are not available on VCGamers.
      • Selling prohibited products such as cheats, exploits, illegal products, or anything prohibited by law.
      • Inserting personal data such as cellphone numbers, bank accounts, social media, links, etc.

3. Product Moderation

VCGamers reserves the right to remove, close, or moderate products without notice if violations are found.


4. Order & Transaction Management

1. Order Confirmation:

      • The seller is required to accept/reject the order within the system time limit.
      • No response = order automatically canceled.

2. Proof of Delivery:

        1. The seller must:
          • Keep proof of delivery at least Last 30 days.
          • Evidence must be original, unedited, uncropped, and in the form of:
            • full-screen screenshot, or
            • video recording of the delivery process.
        2. The seller is required to submit proof when asked to:
          • complaint,
          • verification,
          • random audit.
        3. Failure to provide evidence may result in:
          • blacklist for related brands,
          • store moderation/closure,
          • withholding or withdrawal of balance.
        4. Manipulation of evidencei (edit, crop, or engineer) is a serious violation.

3. Prohibition on Split Payment:

Sellers are prohibited from splitting 1 transaction into multiple transactions to manipulate the system.

4. Massive Cancellation Ban:

Cancelling large orders without a clear reason may result in sanctions.

5. Prohibition of Direct Transactions:

In the description or chat, strictly prohibited write:

      • bank name,
      • account number,
      • barter,
      • transactions via credit,
      • sentences that lead to transactions outside the platform.

5. Communication & Security

1. Communication

    • All Seller–Buyer communications only through VCGamers chat.
    • VCGamers is not responsible for conversations outside the platform.

2. Prohibition on Exchange of Contacts

Sellers are prohibited from providing/requesting/sharing/facilitating in all areas of the VCGamers platform:

      • Phone number/WhatsApp
      • Telegram, Line, etc.
      • social media username
      • external links other than the game's Official Top Up.
      • Steam profile / trade URL

Any attempt to direct communications or transactions to take place outside of the VCGamers system, regardless of who initiates it, is considered a serious violation.

Violating this point = PERMANENT BAN without warning.


6. Store & Balance Management

    1. Store Balance comes only from sales and cannot be filled in manually.
    2. Withdrawals are only to verified accounts.
    3. VCGamers has the right to freeze the balance if there are indications:
      • fraud,
      • manipulation,
      • violation of T&C.
      • fraud.
    4. Automatic shop closed if you don't log in for 3 days or more.
    5. Stores that are inactive for 30 days can be closed, must submit a re-opening request through the admin.

7. Prohibitions & Sanctions

1. Serious Violation

The following actions result in a **PERMANENT BAN**:

      • contact exchange,
      • off-platform transactions,
      • fraud,
      • sending phishing links,
      • falsifying proof of delivery,
      • system exploitation,
      • permission to negotiate prices (“nego japri”, “nego WA”, etc.)
      • selling unauthorized products (cheats, hacks, exploits)

2. Other Prohibitions

Forbidden:

      • perform cancellation spam
      • duplicating listings in the same game
      • change the order status to “shipped” without sending the goods.
      • moderation manipulation.
      • create fake transactions to increase ratings.

8. Special Provisions for HGI Products

    1. New verification applications for selling HGI will be rejected during the verification process until further information.
    2. Sellers who manipulate verification (Example: submitting sales applications for non-HGI products but selling HGI) = Store closure until verification from the admin is completed until permanent closure.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Seller–Buyer Disputes are processed through Complaints/Moderation.
  • VCGamers' decisions are final final and binding.

10. Disclaimer

The seller is fully responsible for all of his sales activities.

VCGamers is not responsible for any losses arising from violations by the Seller.


11. Closing

By selling on VCGamers, the Seller declares that they have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms & Conditions and the legal consequences that may arise from violating the regulations.
