VCGamers Top Up Login Terms & Conditions

Top Up Login is one of the top-up features available on VCGamers. Before deciding to make a Top Up Login transaction through VCGamers, users must first understand and review the Terms and Conditions for Top Up Login through VCGamers.

These Top Up Login Terms and Conditions are part of and subject to General Terms and Conditions, VCGamers Terms of Use And VCGamers Privacy Policy. Top Up Login is subject to the VCGamers Terms of Use, VCGamers Privacy Policy, Terms of Sale and Top Up Login Terms and Conditions as below.

By making a Top Up Login transaction using the VCGamers platform feature, the User is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the contents of these Top Up Login Terms and Conditions and any changes thereto in the future.

THESE TOP UP LOGIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE A VALID AND BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE USER AND VCGamers. IF THE USER DOES NOT AGREE TO ONE, PART, OR ALL OF THE CONTENTS OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN THE USER IS NOT PERMITTED TO CONTINUE THE TOP UP LOGIN TRANSACTION PROCESS.

Definition

The terms in the VCGamers Terms of Use apply unless otherwise defined in these Terms and Conditions. The following terms have the following meanings:

Account is data about the User, consisting of a minimum username and password which must be filled in by the User.
Recovery Account An additional account or contact information used to restore access to the primary account if the user forgets the password, loses access, or experiences a security issue. (Examples: Email, Social Media, etc.)
User is a party who uses the VCGamers platform either as a Seller or as a Buyer.
Seller is a registered User who sells and/or offers products to Buyers through the VCGamers platform and is required to comply with the VCGamers Usage Rules and other provisions including but not limited to the VCGamers Privacy Policy and Top Up Login Terms and Conditions.
Buyer is a registered User who makes product purchases through the VCGamers platform and is subject to the VCGamers Terms of Use and other provisions including but not limited to the VCGamers Privacy Policy and Top Up Login Terms and Conditions.
Top Up Login is a service or feature on the VCGamers platform where users can make Top Up Login transactions.
Fraud is any action carried out intentionally and with the aim of benefiting oneself and/or one's group and/or other people including but not limited to acts of manipulation, engineering of information or content, violation of the VCGamers Rules of Use, alleged fraud, crime and/or cheating or other abuse so that such actions can cause losses to VCGamers and other parties who use the VCGamers platform.
VCGamers Terms of Use are the regulations regarding the use of all services on the platform that apply to all Users and to any party who submits requests or information to VCGamers, which can be changed from time to time and these changes become part of these Top Up Login Terms and Conditions.
Top Up Login Terms and Conditions means these terms and conditions, including any changes, updates and modifications to them made from time to time.
VCGamers Privacy Policy is a rule that explains the collection, storage, use, processing, transfer and disclosure of User Personal Data by VCGamers.

Statement of Truth and Responsibility

By carrying out this Top Up Login transaction, the User declares that all information and/or documents that the User attaches in the Top Up Login transaction via the VCGamers platform are true and correct, the User will be fully responsible if in the future something happens in connection with the inaccuracy of the data that the User provides.

General requirements

VCGamers manages and provides the Top Up Login feature on the VCGamers platform where Sellers and Buyers can make Top Up Login transactions, where sellers make sales in-game currency through the Buyer Account directly.
As a platform provider, VCGamers does not act as a seller, but rather as an intermediary for sellers and buyers to conduct transactions through the VCGamers platform and the Top Up Login feature. Please see the point regarding the disclaimer.
Sellers who meet the criteria and are selected by VCGamers can make sales in the Top Up Login feature.
The Buyer agrees that VCGamers may forward all data and/or information provided by the User, including Personal Data, to the relevant Seller for the purpose of providing Top Up Login services.
The Buyer understands and agrees to provide and provide the required data and/or information, including but not limited to login information, email, username, or password, for the purposes of the Top Up Login transaction. If the Buyer does not agree to provide the required data and/or information, the Buyer is prohibited from continuing and using the Top Up Login feature on the VCGamers Platform.

Terms and Conditions for Buyers

To purchase a Top Up Login product, the Buyer must read and understand the terms and conditions of the Top Up Login product:

Buyers are required to fill in their account login information according to the notes when making a purchase to ensure a smooth Top Up Login transaction.
Buyers are not advised to provide Recovery Account login information to anyone, including but not limited to Sellers and VCGamers Admins, in order to prevent hackback.
Buyers are required to check the accuracy of the top-up amount sent by the Seller.
Buyers are required to change the account password that was used to top up the login after the order is completed.

Terms and Conditions for Sellers

To sell Top Up Login products, Sellers are required to read and understand the terms and conditions of the Top Up Login product:

Sellers are required to take screenshots when topping up the login before the purchase process begins (the initial condition is that the buyer provides an account) and after the delivery process is complete (the condition after topping up the buyer's account).
The top up login process carried out by the seller does not use illegal purchasing methods such as but not limited to (Carding, Google Play Voucher Refund, Exploiting Bug, etc).
If a transaction issue occurs, the seller is obligated to cooperate in resolving the issue. If the error occurred on the seller's part, compensation must be provided.
The Seller is fully responsible for the accuracy, suitability, authenticity, and accuracy of the goods shipped. VCGamers is not responsible for any matters related to the Seller's goods, including the authenticity, suitability, authenticity, or accuracy of the goods or the Seller's description. If there is any negligence or error in the Seller's delivery process, VCGamers may impose fines and/or sanctions on the Seller for such negligence or error in accordance with the Sales Terms for each category.
Sellers are prohibited from accessing, collecting and/or processing Buyer's personal information and/or data listed on the Buyer's game account outside of the purpose of fulfilling the Top Up Login service.
Sellers are prohibited from requesting Buyer recovery account login information for any reason in order to avoid hackback.

User Data

The User hereby agrees and consents that VCGamers may collect, use, access, store, and/or process User data including but not limited to personal information, conversation content, and/or information about the User's use of services on the VCGamers platform.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VCGamers (including affiliated companies and Official Partners collaborating with VCGamers) reserves the right to use all or part of the data obtained and collected from Users through the VCGamers platform for the purposes of development and quality improvement for the safety and comfort of Users. Details regarding User data are set out in the VCGamers Privacy Policy.
VCGamers has the right to disclose User data for legal processes and/or requests from government agencies, law enforcement, and other official authorities as stipulated by the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.

Changes to Top Up Login Terms and Conditions

VCGamers reserves the right to make changes, additions, and/or updates to the Top Up Login Terms and Conditions, which will be posted on the VCGamers platform. These terms and conditions are subject to and are subject to the VCGamers Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
All provisions and/or rules that apply in using the VCGamers platform, including but not limited to the VCGamers Usage Rules, VCGamers Privacy Policy, and all changes and additions from time to time, are an inseparable part of these Top Up Login Terms and Conditions.

Representations and Warranties

User hereby represents and warrants:

Agree to be bound by the Top Up Login Terms and Conditions, VCGamers Terms of Use, and VCGamers Privacy Policy.
That the funds used in transactions through the VCGamers platform are not funds originating from criminal acts that are prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Indonesia.
That the money used by the User does not originate from and/or is not for the purpose of money laundering (money laundering) and/or funding of terrorist activities.
That VCGamers will be released from all claims and losses arising from the risks of Top Up Login transactions carried out by Users.
That the User releases VCGamers from all claims and losses arising from Top Up Login transactions in the future.
That the User has fully understood all legal consequences of the Top Up Login Terms and Conditions and declares that he/she understands that these Top Up Login Terms and Conditions are true, complete and clear.

Compensation

The User agrees to release VCGamers from any claims for compensation and to protect VCGamers (including affiliated companies, directors, commissioners, officers, and all employees and agents) from any claims or demands, obligations, losses, and reasonable legal costs, made by Third Parties arising from User errors including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Use, improper use of the Top Up Login service on the VCGamers platform, violations of Third Party rights, violations of the VCGamers Privacy Policy and/or User violations of applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia.
