What is the store verification process?
The store verification process is an important step to ensure that the store data you register on the VCGamers platform is valid and in accordance with our guidelines. Once you have successfully passed the verification, you can start creating and selling products.
Why does a store need to be verified?
Store verification aims to increase the security and credibility of transactions on the VCGamers platform. It also ensures that only legitimate and verified sellers can offer products to users.
What do I need to prepare for the verification process?
1. Brand you want to sell
Enter the brand name or type of product you want to sell.
2. Product supply sources
Explain where you get the supplies/materials for the product you are selling. For example, do you buy the product from a specific distributor or supplier (mention the name of the place you buy from).
You also need to mention the payment method used, for example via bank transfer, e-wallet, or other payment methods.
3. Information needed to purchase supplies
Provide the information needed to purchase the product from the supplier, such as price, proof of payment, notes/user ID or cooperation contract.
For example, if you purchased a product through a specific supplier, provide the user ID or link to that supplier as required.
4. Supply purchasing process
Describe how you typically purchase products from suppliers to ship the orders you receive. For example, do you place orders via email, messaging apps, or a specific platform, and the next steps in the purchasing process.
5. Product delivery time
Inform how long it takes for the product to reach the customer after you receive the order in the store.
6. Upload a photo of the shop owner's ID card
Upload a clear photo of your ID card to verify the identity of the shop owner.
7. Upload Proof of Store Transaction
Upload proof of recent transactions showing your store activity in the last 7 days.
8. Store Links on Other Platforms
If you have a store on another platform, include the store link as an additional reference.
What caused my store verification to be rejected?
Here are some common reasons why store verification can be rejected:
1. The attached KTP does not match the registered account
Make sure the ID card you upload matches the name registered on your account. This is important to ensure the identity of the shop owner matches the data we receive.
2. The inputted data is not correct
If the data you enter does not match the documents or evidence you uploaded, verification may be rejected. Make sure all the information you fill in is correct and in accordance with the instructions given.
3. Inputted data is blurry/unclear
Make sure the photo or document you upload is clear and legible. Blurry or unclear images may result in verification rejection.

How long does it take to verify this store?
The verification process can take a minimum of 3 business days. We will notify you if there are any problems or if the verification has been successful via the update menu.
What to do after the store is verified?
Once verification is successful, you can start adding products to your store on the VCGamers platform and start selling them.
