Curfew is a special time provision for sellers that applies every 23:00 to 04:00 WIB. This provision was made in response to the high purchasing activity and the many complaints about the seller's minimal response via chat messages and order processing at that time. In order to avoid the risk of high complaints coming to the Seller, as well as the risk of buyers giving low ratings. So the curfew rule is enforced. As a sign that the Curfew provision is active, the following bar will appear on the Seller Dashboard page display:
Curfew Provisions
- Curfew is in effect every day from 23:00 – 04:00 WIB
- The seller did not change the status of the order that needed to be processed to Order Shipped for 20 minutes
- Especially for Sellers with the Express Process feature active on the product.
For sellers who violate the Curfew Provisions for any reason, the Store will temporarily closed automatically by the system. To reopen the Store, Sellers can provide confirmation to the VCGamers Seller Support team via Whatsapp 0815 1111 1659.
Tips:
- Set the store schedule according to your standby time. If you are not able to be online at 23:00 – 04:00 WIB, immediately set it your store schedule and avoid 24 hour open settings.
- If your store cannot be ready during night hours, avoid activating the express process feature on all products.
