If you experience problems with your order after the order status changes to shipped*, such as the product not matching the description info, the quantity is incorrect, or other problems that make you feel disadvantaged, the steps you can take before the balance is automatically forwarded to the seller are:
- Click the button Pengajuan Komplain available in the order details
- Pilih kendala yang kamu alami
- Click Upload Bukti dan pilih file screenshot atau video in-game yang memperlihatkan bahwa pesananmu belum diterima
- Tulis rincian kendala secara singkat dan jelasÂ
- Checklis poin “Seluruh keterangan dan lampiran adalah benar dan dapat dipertanggung-jawabkan”
- Click the button Kirim Komplain
- Pastikan kembali bahwa produk masih belum diterim. Jika belum diterima, tekan tombol Ajukan Komplain
- Kamu akan diarahkan langsung ke jendela chat komplain. Kamu bisa tunggu konfirmasi dari Penjual dan cek secara berkala untuk perkembangannya
- Jika membutuhkan bantuan lanjutan Admin, tekan tombol 3 titik dipojok kanan atas jendela chat moderasi, kemudian tekan tombol Invite Admin
*) If the order status is complete or the buyer confirms receipt of the order, the balance will be immediately passed to the seller so that complaints/moderation can no longer be submitted.
**) If the order experiences problems after the shipping status in the system changes to Order Completed, you can complain to the seller via the available chat feature regarding the problems experienced.
***) If you have received the order while the complaint is taking place, you can press the Resolve Complaint button so that the balance can be forwarded to the seller.
Notes :Â
- Make sure you have checked your order correctly before pressing the Order Received button.
- Never confirm that an order has been received if you have not received the order validly.
- Problems experienced after the buyer confirms receipt are beyond VCGamers' responsibility.
