Consequences of Account Deletion & Remaining Balance

VCGamers account deletion is permanent and will impact all digital assets you own on the platform. Before requesting account deletion, please note the following important points:

1. Unrecoverable Balance: Any remaining balance in the account, including but not limited to Buyer Balance, Store Balance, Points, and Tokens, will be considered automatically forfeited after the account deletion process is successfully carried out.
2. Release of Fund RightsBy continuing with the account deletion process while there is still a remaining balance, the User is deemed to have knowingly and voluntarily relinquished their rights to those funds. VCGamers is not obligated to refund or refund any balance forfeited due to account deletion.
3. Balance Discharge Obligation: We strongly recommend that Users make a withdrawal (payout) or spend all existing balances, points, and tokens before pressing the “Continue” button on the account deletion menu.
4. Transaction Data: Account deletion will also result in the loss of access to your transaction history, reviews, and store data. This data cannot be recovered for any reason.
5. Permanent Status: Deleted accounts cannot be reactivated. If you wish to use VCGamers services in the future, you will need to register a new account.
