Change of Disbursement Destination Bank

As a Seller, if you want to change the account number for disbursement purposes Store Balance, please contact us via email [email protected] use the email registered as the shop by completing the following format:

*Notes :

• Please Insert/attach a photo of your KTP account owner to verify account changes.
• If the name of the new account owner different with those registered, please insert/attach 2 KTP photos simultaneously between Bank/E-Wallet owners registered and the new Bank owner so that the request change account can be approved.
• Make sure the new Bank is available in VCGamers. For more information, please check the submenu List of banks to which balance will be disbursed.
• Changes can only be processed if you send a request using registered email as a shop on VCGamers
• Account change requests only apply to Sellers who previously listed E-wallet as the disbursement destination.
