General Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions set out below constitute an agreement between the User (“You”) and PT. Sotta Teknologi Indonesia (“VCGamers” or “We”) that governs the User’s rights, obligations, and responsibilities regarding the use of services, features, and/or services accessed by the User through the www.vcgamers.com website and all its derivative sites and/or Android-based applications (“Site/Application”). Users are advised to read them carefully as they may impact the User’s rights and obligations under the law.

By making transactions on the VCGamers platform, the User is deemed to agree and understand to be bound by these terms and conditions.

If the user does not agree with one, some or all of the contents in these terms and conditions, then the user is not recommended to use the service www.vcgamers.com.

Users in this case are VCGamers Sellers and Buyers who are subject to the Terms and Conditions; Privacy Policy; and conditions that apply to VCGamers. Users are required to read it carefully because it will impact the user's legal rights and obligations.

If the User violates the provisions, VCGamers has the right to give a warning regarding the violation or can immediately stop or suspend the Service.

A. Account

  1. VCGamers does not charge fees for creating accounts, either to Sellers or Buyers.
  2. When registering, 1 (one) telephone number can only be used to register 1 (one) VCGamers user, and is permanent.
  3. Users must be personally responsible for maintaining account and password confidentiality in carrying out all activities that occur under the user's account.

B. Security

  1. The User is personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account and password for all activities that occur under the User's account.
  2. The user is obliged to ensure that the user exits the account at the end of each transaction/visit. If there is any unauthorized use of accounts and passwords, users can report it to VCGamers.
  3. VCGamers will not ask for a user's username, password or OTP (One Time Password) code for any reason.
  4. VCGamers can take action, whether in the form of product deletion, store moderation, store closure, account suspension and/or deletion of user accounts for any alleged violation of the VCGamers Terms and Conditions and/or applicable laws in Indonesia.
  5. VCGamers has the right to close user or shop accounts temporarily or permanently if fraudulent acts are found in carrying out transactions and/or violations of the user penalty policy.
  6. Users agree not to use, modify and/or exploit the Platform/Application network or data using either automatic or manual technology without permission from VCGamers.
  7. Users agree not to use or access the VCGamers system in whole or in part with viruses, software or other technology that can disrupt, inhibit, limit, take over the functionality or weaken the integrity of the software or hardware system, network and/or data on the VCGamers Platform and Application.
  8. Users agree not to use and/or access the VCGamers system directly or indirectly either in whole or in part with viruses, software or other technology which may result in weakening, damaging, disrupting or inhibiting, limiting and/or taking over the functionality and integrity of the software or hardware systems, networks and/or data on the VCGamers site/Platform.
  9. Users are prohibited from creating and/or using hardware/software/features and/or other tools, including emulators, robots, macros, crawlers and/or automatic devices with the aim of accessing or using services on the VCGamers system, such as but not limited to
    1. manipulation of store data;
    2. create multiple accounts;
    3. manipulate devices with the aim of harming VCGamers;
    4. browsing activities (crawling/scraping) or copying content; which is detrimental to VCGamers and/or VCGamers users
    5. automation activities in transactions, buying and selling, promotions, and so on; which is detrimental to VCGamers and/or VCGamers users
    6. collect (harvest) or steal user data;
    7. spamming, sending large amounts of electronic communications, sending chain letters; and/or
    8. other activations that can reasonably be assessed as partly acts of manipulation of services and systems.
  10. The User hereby declares that VCGamers is not responsible for any losses or problems arising from misuse of the User's account resulting from the User's negligence, including but not limited to approving and/or providing account login access sent by VCGamers to other parties, or the negligence of other Users which results in losses or problems with the User's account.

C. User Transactions

  1. Buyers make transactions using transaction procedures that have been determined by VCGamers. The Buyer makes payment using the payment method previously chosen by the Buyer, and then VCGamers will forward the funds to the Seller when the buying and selling transaction stages in the VCGamers system have been completed.
  2. Buyers are required to know and study virtual item information before making transactions, so that buyers can make transactions and know how to trade in accordance with applicable regulations.
  3. VCGamers is not responsible if there is a transaction or order confirmation problem caused by the buyer not entering the data required for order delivery (such as game ID; character name, etc.)
  4. Buyers are required to make payment using the selected payment method with a nominal amount that corresponds to the bill amount stated on the payment page. VCGamers is not responsible for losses experienced by the Buyer, if the Buyer makes a payment that does not match the billing amount stated on the payment page.
  5. Payment by the Buyer must be made immediately (no later than the specified time limit) after the Buyer checks out. If payment has not been made by the Buyer within this time limit, the Buyer cannot continue payment and the order will be canceled automatically. Buyers can immediately reorder.
  6. Buyers are advised to double-check the nominal payment amount with the billing amount stated on the payment page. Because if the Buyer makes a payment with an amount that does not match the nominal bill that should be paid, the transaction will not be detected by the system.
  7. VCGamers will not be responsible for losses experienced by the Buyer, if the Buyer makes a payment that does not match the billing amount stated on the payment page.
  8. Buyer Balance comes from transaction refunds from every product purchase on the VCGamers site and Buyer Balance cannot be filled independently by users.
  9. Buyer Balance can be used as a payment method for product purchase transactions on the site. vcgamers.com or the refund can be made by withdrawing funds to the bank account registered on the User's account.
  10. If a refund process occurs, the refund will be made through the User's Buyer Balance which will increase according to the refund amount (excluding payment admin fees and promo nominal) and can be reused for shopping or disbursed to the buyer's account concerned (except for payments using the PayLater feature).
  11. Refunds from VCGamers to Buyers can only be made in the following certain circumstances:
    1. Excess payment from buyers over the price of the product.
    2. Product delivery problems have been clearly identified by the Seller which has resulted in product orders not arriving.
    3. The seller has agreed to send the product order, but after the specified time limit it turns out that the seller does not send the product by the specified time limit.
    4. Resolution of problems through the resolution center in the form of a decision to return funds to the Buyer or the result of a decision from VCGamers.
  12. Buyers fully understand and agree that all transactions carried out between buyers and sellers other than through the official VCGamers account and/or without VCGamers' knowledge (through private facilities/networks, sending messages, special transaction arrangements outside the VCGamers site or other efforts) are their personal responsibility from the Buyer.
  13. The buyer agrees not to disclose or submit proof of payment and/or payment data to parties other than VCGamers. In the event that losses occur as a result of notification or delivery and/or payment data by the buyer to another party, this will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
  14. Buyers can confirm receipt of the product, after receiving the product purchased. VCGamers provides a time limit according to the product category purchased after the delivery has the status "sent" in the VCGamers system so that the Buyer confirms receipt of the Digital Product/Product. If within this time limit there is no confirmation or claim from the buyer. Then the VCGamers system will automatically confirm receipt.
  15. After confirmation of product receipt or automatic confirmation of product receipt, the buyer's funds sent to the official VCGamers account will be continued to the Seller (the transaction is considered complete). If user No make an update to "order completed" on orders with a status of sent within two (2) days for regular transactions, namely 1 to 10 days (according to product category); and transactions with features lightning process And instant delivery within 12 hours, VCGamers has the right to consider that the order has been completed.
  16. VCGamers has the authority to make decisions on unresolved transaction issues, both between Sellers and Buyers by requesting and viewing the necessary evidence. VCGamers' decision is a final decision that cannot be contested and is binding on the Seller and Buyer to comply with it.

Transactions Using Instant and Lightning Process Features:

  1. The Instant Feature and Quick Process is a Delivery Program created by VCGamers for Stores that have high speed and success in delivering their products. This program aims to increase store sales and profits, with a fast delivery system.
  2. In the Instant Features and Express Process program, VCGamers can select and determine which stores have the right to use and obtain the status/label "Instant" and "Express Process", with criteria determined by VCGamers.
  3. VCGamers has the right to revoke the status/label "Instant" and "Quick Process" if within a week in a row the percentage of successful transactions is below 90%.
  4. VCGamers has the right to take action against the Seller if they violate the VCGamers Terms and Conditions.

D. Display Products

  1. Sellers are prohibited from using shop windows for advertising purposes or carrying out promotions on other platform pages outside the VCGamers platform.
  2. Sellers are prohibited from providing personal contact to buyers for the purpose of conducting transactions outside VCGamers.
  3. Sellers are prohibited from providing inappropriate information in shop or product descriptions.
  4. Sellers are prohibited from using VCGamers logos or digital assets either on merchandise or in profile photos without VCGamers' permission.
  5. Sellers must provide product information, specifications and naming that are appropriate to the products they sell.
  6. VCGamers can revoke a product or store moderation if it is deemed that the product violates the applicable terms and conditions.

E. Costs

  1. VCGamers has the right to charge fees for every transaction carried out through the VCGamers Platform, for certain services that are subject to service fees, such as fees for:
    1. Bank Admin (Payment Fee);
    2. Service Features (Feature Fee);
    3. Application Service Fee (Merchant Fee);
    4. Withdrawal Fee.
  2. In the event that VCGamers will make changes to fees for each user transaction in the future, VCGamers will notify the user via the VCGamers platform.

F. Price

  1. Sellers are prohibited from setting unreasonable prices for Products offered through the VCGamers site. If VCGamers finds actions that are considered unreasonable in the prices of the Digital Products/Products offered, then VCGamers has the right to take action in accordance with applicable regulations.
  2. The Seller understands that in the event of a typo in product information that causes the price information or other information to be inappropriate, it will be the Seller's responsibility. And the seller can refuse the transaction if it is proven that the product and price attached are not appropriate.
  3. Users agree that any problems/disputes that occur between sellers and buyers are not the responsibility of VCGamers.
  4. In the event that the user agrees to a transaction carried out via the VCGamers Platform, the user agrees to pay the total fees that must be paid, as stated on the payment page which consists of (the price of the Product/Digital Product, and other fees that may arise and will be explained in detail explicitly on the payment page).

G. Promo

  1. VCGamers can hold promotional activities at any time with different terms and conditions for each activity.
  2. Users are expected to read carefully the Terms and Conditions for each promotional activity taking place.
  3. Users may only use 1 (one) account for each promotional activity. If VCGamers finds a user creating more than 1 (one) account to benefit from the promotional activity, VCGamers may take any action deemed necessary without prior notification to the User. These actions may include transaction cancellations, Promo Code cancellations, account blocking, withholding and withdrawal of the user's balance, or legal action if fraudulent actions are discovered by the User.
  4. VCGamers can change the terms and conditions of any promotional activities, held by the party
  5. VCGamers from time to time without prior notification to the User.
  6. VCGamers has 2 types of Promos:
    1. VCGamers Promo Code is a Promotion that originates from and is valid on the VCGamers platform; and
    2. Third Party Promo Codes are promotions originating from third parties and valid outside the VCGamers platform.
  7. VCGamers is not responsible for promotions originating from third parties and valid on other platforms outside of VCGamers.
  8. The Promo Code obtained by the User can only be used for certain products available on the VCGamers platform and within a certain time period.
  9. Promo codes that are not used or exchanged will automatically expire and cannot be used again.
  10. If an order is cancelled for any reason, the Promo Code will automatically expire and cannot be reused.

H. Refund Mechanism

These provisions are an inseparable part of the VCGamers General Terms and Conditions and apply specifically to every transaction using the Credit Card payment method on the VCGamers platform.

Refunds for Canceled Transactions

  1. In the event of a transaction cancellation by the User (as Buyer), Seller, or by VCGamers, the refund process will be automatically credited to Buyer Balance on VCGamers Account owned by the User.
  2. The refund amount is equal to the product price + feature fees at the time of the transaction. does not cover payment administration fees have been charged to the User.
  3. Hereby the User fully understands and agrees that the refund mechanism not done in the form of a reversal to the Credit Card limit used.

Internal Refund Implementation Basis

  1. Every Credit Card transaction that has been successfully processed by the Payment Gateway (Payment Gateway) third parties will be recorded as valid and completed transactions from the payment system side, regardless of the order completion status on the VCGamers platform.
  2. Based on the conditions in the above points, VCGamers does not have the technical capability to cancel transactions to the card issuing bank. Therefore, the only refund mechanism that can be facilitated is through VCGamers' internal system to the Buyer's Balance on the User Account.

Terms of Use of Refund Balance

  1. The Buyer's balance on the VCGamers Account which originates from the refund process as referred to in the Refund Article (Refund) can only be used to make transactions to purchase products and/or other services available on the VCGamers Platform.
  2. The balance is of a nature non-refundable And cannot be cashed or withdrawn (withdraw) to bank accounts, e-wallets (e-wallet), or other financial instruments belonging to the User in any form.

Promotion Tool Status on Canceled Transactions

  1. Any promotional tools, including but not limited to promo codes, vouchers or discounts, that have been applied to a transaction that is subsequently cancelled, will automatically be cancelled. void and not valid.
  2. Expired promotional tools cannot be reactivated, reclaimed, or replaced in another form for future transactions.

Prevention and Enforcement of Prohibited Activities

  1. VCGamers has the full right to conduct investigations and take firm action if it receives notifications or reports indicating prohibited activities.
  2. Prohibited activities as referred to in the point above are any transactions which, based on the results of an automatic check by Anomaly Detection System (Fraud Detection System – FDS) owned by VCGamers Partner, marked as a high-risk, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent transaction (fraud).
  3. If the indications as referred to in the previous point are found, VCGamers has the right, without prior notice, to take the following actions:
    1. Do detention (hold) for some or all of the funds in the Buyer's Balance on the User Account.
    2. Do temporary suspension (suspend) against User Accounts for further investigation and validation purposes.
    3. Do permanent blocking (permanent tire) on User Accounts and deletion or annihilation (forfeiture) all remaining Buyer Balance in it, if based on the results of VCGamers' internal investigation it is proven that a violation has occurred.

I. Transaction Categories

Top Up Seller & Buyer Terms
Transactions in the Top Up category at VCGamers must meet the following conditions:

  1. Seller forbidden request the Buyer's account login data.
  2. Seller forbidden include personal contact (telephone number, other website links, email and social media) in the title, description and image of the merchandise.
  3. When making merchandise, make sure to use Category, Brand, Category And Variation which corresponds to what has been provided.
  4. Seller required provide images, descriptions and titles that are appropriate to the merchandise being sold.
  5. Seller required send orders according to the nominal value of the merchandise sold.
  6. Sellers are advised to keep proof of delivery or purchase as proof that they have sent the merchandise to the Buyer.
  7. Buyer required Read and understand how to trade for each brand you want to buy.
  8. Buyer required fill in the ID, Server and/or other information required for the Top Up process.
  9. Buyers are advised to check the completeness of the order if the order status has been sent by the Seller."

Vouchers Seller & Buyer Terms
Transactions in the Voucher category at VCGamers must meet the following conditions:

  1. Seller forbidden request the Buyer's account login data.
  2. Seller forbidden include personal contact (telephone number, other website links, email and social media) in the title, description and image of the merchandise.
  3. When making merchandise, make sure to use Category, Brand, Category And Variation which corresponds to what has been provided.
  4. Seller required provide images, descriptions and titles that are appropriate to the merchandise being sold.
  5. Seller required send orders according to the nominal value of the merchandise sold.
  6. Sellers are advised to keep proof of delivery or purchase as proof that they have sent the merchandise to the Buyer.
  7. Buyer required Read and understand how to trade for each brand you want to buy.
  8. Buyers are advised to check order completeness if the order status has been sent by the Seller.

Game Account Seller & Buyer Terms
Transactions with the Account category on VCGamers must meet the following conditions:

  1. Seller forbidden include personal contact (telephone number, other website links, email and social media) in the title, description and image of the merchandise.
  2. When making merchandise, make sure to use Category, Brand, Category And Variation which corresponds to what has been provided.
  3. Seller required provide images, descriptions and titles that are appropriate to the merchandise being sold.
  4. Seller required send orders according to the merchandise account being sold.
  5. Sellers are advised to keep proof of delivery or purchase as proof that they have sent the merchandise to the Buyer.
  6. Buyer required Read and understand how to trade for each brand you want to buy.
  7. Buyers are advised to check order completeness if the order status has been sent by the Seller.
  8. Buyers are advised to immediately secure the account provided by the Seller (applies to game accounts)

Live Application Seller & Buyer Terms
Transactions in the Live Application category on VCGamers must meet the following conditions:

  1. Seller forbidden request the Buyer's account login data.
  2. Seller forbidden include personal contact (telephone number, other website links, email and social media) in the title, description and image of the merchandise.
  3. When making merchandise, make sure to use Category, Brand, Category And Variation which corresponds to what has been provided.
  4. Seller required provide images, descriptions and titles that are appropriate to the merchandise being sold.
  5. Seller required send orders according to the nominal value of the merchandise sold.
  6. Sellers are advised to keep proof of delivery or purchase as proof that they have sent the merchandise to the Buyer.
  7. Buyer required Read and understand how to trade for each brand you want to buy.
  8. Buyer required fill in ID, Server and/or other information required for the delivery process.
  9. Buyers are advised to check order completeness if the order status has been sent by the Seller.

Jockey Services Terms and Conditions for Sellers & Buyers
Transactions in the Jockey Services category on VCGamers must meet the following conditions:

  1. Seller forbidden request the Buyer's recovery account data.
  2. Seller forbidden include personal contact (telephone number, other website links, email and social media) in the title, description and image of the merchandise.
  3. When making merchandise, make sure to use Category, Brand, Category And Variation which corresponds to what has been provided.
  4. Seller required provide images, descriptions and titles that are appropriate to the merchandise being sold.
  5. Seller required send orders according to the nominal value of the merchandise sold.
  6. Sellers are advised to keep proof of the Buyer's account status before and after processing, as proof that they have sent the merchandise to the Buyer.
  7. Buyer required Read and understand how to trade for each brand you want to buy.
  8. Buyers are advised to check order completeness if the order status has been sent by the Seller.
  9. Buyer forbidden using the account processed by the Seller during the Jockey process
  10. Buyers are advised to change their login password after the Jockey process is complete.

Game Coins Seller & Buyer Terms
Transactions in the Game Coins category on VCGamers must meet the following conditions:

  1. Seller forbidden request the Buyer's account login data.
  2. Seller forbidden include personal contact (telephone number, other website links, email and social media) in the title, description and image of the merchandise.
  3. When making merchandise, make sure to use Category, Brand, Category And Variation which corresponds to what has been provided.
  4. Seller required provide images, descriptions and titles that are appropriate to the merchandise being sold.
  5. Seller required send orders according to the nominal value of the merchandise sold.
  6. Sellers are advised to keep proof of delivery or purchase as proof that they have sent the merchandise to the Buyer.
  7. Buyer required Read and understand how to trade for each brand you want to buy.
  8. Buyer required fill in the ID, Server and/or other information required for the Game Coins sending process.
  9. Buyers are advised to check order completeness if the order status has been sent by the Seller.

Game Gift Terms and Conditions for Sellers & Buyers
Transactions in the Game Gift category on VCGamers must meet the following conditions:

  1. Seller forbidden request the Buyer's account login data.
  2. Seller forbidden include personal contact (telephone number, other website links, email and social media) in the title, description and image of the merchandise.
  3. When making merchandise, make sure to use Category, Brand, Category And Variation which corresponds to what has been provided.
  4. Seller required provide images, descriptions and titles that are appropriate to the merchandise being sold.
  5. Seller required send orders according to the nominal value of the merchandise sold.
  6. Sellers are advised to keep proof of delivery or purchase as proof that they have sent the merchandise to the Buyer.
  7. Buyer required Read and understand how to trade for each brand you want to buy.
  8. Buyers are advised to check order completeness if the order status has been sent by the Seller.

Item & Skin Terms and Conditions for Sellers & Buyers
Transactions in the Item & Skin category on VCGamers must meet the following conditions:

  1. Seller forbidden request the Buyer's account login data.
  2. Seller forbidden include personal contact (telephone number, other website links, email and social media) in the title, description and image of the merchandise.
  3. When making merchandise, make sure to use Category, Brand, Category And Variation which corresponds to what has been provided.
  4. Seller required provide images, descriptions and titles that are appropriate to the merchandise being sold.
  5. Seller required send orders according to the nominal value of the merchandise sold.
  6. Sellers are advised to keep proof of delivery or purchase as proof that they have sent the merchandise to the Buyer.
  7. Buyer required Read and understand how to trade for each brand you want to buy.
  8. Buyers and Sellers need to be friends and/or join the same group in the game within a certain time limit as a condition of delivery in some Brands.
  9. Buyers are advised to check order completeness if the order status has been sent by the Seller.

Credit and PLN Seller & Buyer Terms
Transactions in the Credit and PLN categories at VCGamers must meet the following conditions:

  1. Seller forbidden include personal contact (telephone number, other website links, email and social media) in the title, description and image of the merchandise.
  2. When making merchandise, make sure to use Category, Brand, Category And Variation which corresponds to what has been provided.
  3. Seller required provide images, descriptions and titles that are appropriate to the merchandise being sold.
  4. Seller required send orders according to the nominal value of the merchandise sold.
  5. Sellers are advised to keep proof of delivery or purchase as proof that they have sent the merchandise to the Buyer.
  6. Buyer required Read and understand how to trade for each brand you want to buy.
  7. Buyer required fill in notes and/or other information if necessary
  8. Buyers are advised to check order completeness if the order status has been sent by the Seller.

Notes:

  • If the Seller uses the Express Process feature on his merchandise then, Terms and Conditions for Using the Express Process Feature will apply.
  • If the Seller uses the Instant Delivery feature on his merchandise then, Terms and Conditions for Using the Instant Delivery Feature will apply.
  • If VCGamers finds that the Seller has violated the Terms and Conditions above, the product can be deactivated and the Seller's Store Status will be moderated until the Seller confirms changes to the image or description of the merchandise.
  • If there is merchandise where the seller uses a picture or provides information in the description of the denomination being sold that is more than the title used by the merchandise. The seller is obliged to send orders according to the largest nominal value.
  • If the Buyer does not confirm receipt (either accepting the order or complaining about problems with the order received) by the specified time limit, then the order status will automatically be Completed and the balance will be passed on to the Seller
  • If you complain about an order from a Buyer, Seller must send valid proof of delivery to the Complaints Menu and/or other media used by VCGamers

J. Withdrawal of Store Balance & Buyer Balance

  1. Balance withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours on weekdays. If your balance hasn't been disbursed within 24 hours, excluding weekends/holidays, by the deadline, users can contact Customer Service via email at [email protected] or WhatsApp at 0815-9021-021 for further assistance.
  2. In the event that any suspected violation of the VCGamers Terms and Conditions, fraud, manipulation or crime is discovered, the User understands and agrees that VCGamers has the right to carry out inspection, freezing, delaying and/or cancelling of withdrawals made by the User.
  3. The inspection, freezing or delay of withdrawal of funds as referred to in Point O. 2 may be carried out for as long as is necessary by VCGamers.

K. Complaints (Resolution Center)

  1. Complaints is a feature provided by VCGamers to facilitate the resolution of transaction issues between buyers and sellers. Buyers and sellers are required to attach the necessary transaction evidence to use this feature.
  2. This feature will automatically hold the payment funds for the Product to the Seller until the problem reported to the complaints menu is resolved.
  3. In the event that the seller/buyer does not provide an answer within 1×24 hours after the problem is created, the problem will automatically be resolved based on the solution approved by VCGamers. VCGamers has the right to make a decision on this issue by looking at the existing evidence and/or the evidence that must be completed by each party. VCGamers has the right to mediate and/or make decisions to resolve problems in the Resolution Center discussion.
  4. If no agreement is found between the seller and the buyer within 2×24 hours, then VCGamers has the right to help resolve the problem.
  5. Buyers and sellers understand and agree that in resolving problems in the Resolution Center, Buyers and Sellers are obliged to provide responses to existing problems until they are resolved by complying with the conditions and time limits as determined by VCGamers in the relevant discussion.
  6. Complete procedures for using the Resolution Center can be seen on the FAQ page or Resolution Center.

L. Disclaimer and Indemnification

  1. Functional Limitations and Service Guarantees
    VCGamers always strives to keep its services safe, reliable, and functioning properly. However, the following applies:

    • VCGamers does not guarantee that the service will always be available at all times without interruption, errors or other technical problems.
    • Information and data on the platform may change at any time and not always presented in real-time.
  2. VCGamers' Role as an Intermediary
    • VCGamers in action only as a platform provider And transaction intermediary between Sellers and Buyers of digital products.
    • VCGamers has no official affiliation with publishers, developers, or license owners of specific games, unless explicitly stated on the platform.
  3. Responsibility for Digital Products
    • VCGamers is not responsible for the quality, authenticity, legality, availability, or use of digital products. sold by third parties.
    • Risks of using purchased items, including:
      • Item deletion by developer
      • Sanctions against user accounts
      • The policy change from the game developer is completely Buyer's responsibility.
  4. Responsibility for User Activities
    • VCGamers not responsible for any use of items that violate:
      • Game developer policies
      • Applicable law
      • Illegal activities such as online gambling.
  5. Prohibition on Prohibited Transactions
    • VCGamers not selling or facilitating goods or services that:
      • Breaking the law
      • Used for betting, gambling, or other illegal activities
    • If there is a report from a regulator or developer, VCGamers has the right remove the item from the platform without notice.
  6. Exclusion of Liability for Losses
    To the extent permitted by law, VCGamers (including affiliates, directors and employees) not responsible for any loss directly or indirectly, such as:

    • Failed access or service disruption
    • Price changes or transaction delays
    • Actions or omissions of other users
    • IP violations or disputes between users
    • Payments outside the official system
    • Viruses, bots, cyber attacks, bugs, system crashes
    • Administrative actions against accounts (deactivation, etc.)
    • Hacking or illegal access by third parties
  7. Disclaimer of Liability for Disputes
    If a dispute occurs between a user and another party, then:

    • User free VCGamers from all claims and legal responsibilities.
    • User consciously waive legal protection certain limitations that limit the disclaimer of liability under applicable law.
  8. Compensation Obligation by User
    The user agrees to:

    • Release and indemnify (indemnify) VCGamers from all forms of claims, including legal fees, arising from:

M. Content Strictly Prohibited on VCGamers

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, offering, selling, or promoting content that contains the following elements:

  1. Unlawful content
    Any content intended for use in illegal activities or that violates third party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property, privacy, and other proprietary rights.
  2. Adult content
    Content that is pornographic, sexually explicit, or designed specifically for adults.
  3. Hazardous substances and equipment
    Content related to tobacco, alcohol, firearms, sharp weapons, narcotics, psychotropics, other addictive substances, or equipment used for drug consumption.
  4. Gambling and speculative activities
    Content related to gambling, betting, lotteries, games of chance involving monetary transactions, and services or products that fall into the high-risk financial trading category.
  5. Malicious software
    Content that contains viruses, malware, malicious code, phishing attempts, or other forms of computer software/programs that may harm a user's system or data.
  6. Personal information for off-platform transactions
    Content containing personal contact information, such as phone numbers, social media, or payment accounts, that could potentially be used to conduct transactions outside of the official VCGamers system.
  7. Hate speech and harassment
    Content that contains elements of insults, harassment, threats, harmful actions, including disrespectful statements towards any religion, individual, group or entity.
  8. Content that is provocative or anti-government
    Content that insults or insults a country, government, public officials, certain communities, or that may cause social unrest and/or tension in international relations.
  9. False or misleading information
    Content that presents information that is incorrect, misleading, or creates false expectations about the products or services offered.
  10. Prohibited digital products by VCGamers
    Products, services, or other forms of digital content that are determined to be prohibited by VCGamers' internal policies, including but not limited to:

    • Services using cheats, exploits, or other illegal programs,
    • Push rank or boosting services that violate the developer's official terms,
    • Game accounts obtained illegally or through unauthorized methods.
  11. Violation of applicable legal regulations
    Any content that is contrary to applicable laws, regulations, or public policy in the jurisdiction in which the user operates or in which the content is displayed.

If there is a report or warning from a regulator or related party, VCGamers reserves the right to remove the content. If users find content that violates the points above, please notify us via the page. Suggestion Box or through Report feature on the product details page.

N. Intellectual Property

VCGamers prohibits all activities in the name of VCGamers by imitating, copying, or using any of VCGamers' intellectual property rights, whether in the form of logos, images, or icons, without VCGamers' written consent. Unauthorized use will be considered a violation of the law and may be subject to legal action in accordance with applicable regulations.

O. Other Provisions

  1. In the event that the user uses the features/services available on the VCGamers Site, the User hereby declares that he understands and agrees to all the terms and conditions specifically regulated in connection with the features/services used.
  2. Anything that has not been and/or is not regulated in the specific terms and conditions in this feature will fully refer to VCGamers terms and conditions in general.
  3. By reading and agreeing to the VCGamers Terms and Conditions, the User is deemed to comply with the VCGamers Privacy Policy.

P. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to the use of the VCGamers Platform and/or Services, including any breach, termination, or validity of these terms, shall be resolved finally and bindingly through arbitration at the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI), in accordance with the applicable BANI arbitration rules. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on the parties.

Q. Force Majeure

Any default, error, interruption or delay in carrying out obligations or any non-conformity in the Platform and/or Service content caused, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by an event of failure caused by Force Majeure or force majeure circumstances will not be considered as VCGamers' failure to fulfill its obligations under these user Terms and Conditions.

R. Updates to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be changed and/or updated from time to time without prior notice. VCGamers expects you to read carefully and check this Terms and Conditions page from time to time for any changes. By continuing to access and use the VCGamers platform, users are deemed to have agreed to the changes in these Terms and Conditions.
