Rules of the Spiral Abyss Genshin Impact

Spiral Abyss is a time challenge domain that challenges enemies to fight enemies within a certain time duration. New players can access this domain when they reach Adventure Rank (AR) 20.

To get various kinds of rewards, you must complete each floor before a certain time limit. The faster you complete the challenge, the more prizes you will get.

Overall there are as many as 12 floors where the domain itself is divided into two parts namely Abyss Corridor and Abyssal Moon Spire. 

Abyss Corridor consists of 8 floors and Abyssal Moon Spire has 4 floors, each of which has 3 chambers.

On floors 9 to 12, each room will be divided into 2 parts. So, you will use 2 different parties.

The variety of enemies you will fight in Abyss Corridor is always permanent, while in Abyssal Moon Spire it will change every game update.

Ley Line Disorder and Enemy Spiral Abyss July 2023

The enemies in each update of Abyssal Moon Spire change with different variations, adjusted to the Ley Lines found on each floor.

Usually, the enemies on the 9th and 11th floors don't differ much in variation, they only differ from the Ley Line or the buff given. The Ley Line Disorders given in this update are:

• Floor 9: DMG dealt by Dendro Core explosion generated by character Bloom's reaction increased by 125%. Burgeon and Hyperbloom DMG triggered increased by 125%.
• Floor 10: Aggravate DMG and Spread increased by 75% if the character can trigger a reaction to the enemy
• Floor 11: Physical DMG increased by 75%
• Floor 12: No Ley Line disorder

The enemies that you will fight later will mostly have Electro, Dendro, Hydro, and Pyro elements or you could say elements that can provide elemental reactions with Dendro.

Party Tips and Recommendations

This July, Ley Line Disorder supports parties that can produce elemental reactions. All the enemies on the list also have a weakness to Dendro elements or other Dendro elemental reactions.

So Dendro's DPS characters like Alhaitham and Kaveh or characters who build characters are focused on elemental reactions like Nilou (Bloom) and Thomas [Burgeon] would be optimal for clearing all floors.

We recommend several teams that you can use in the first and second parts of each chamber. So, you don't need to change the party again when you enter the next floor.

The first party recommendation is the Bloom team consisting of: Nilou, Yelan, Kokomi, and Nahida. Other team variations for Team Bloom are Kamisato Ayato, XIngqiu, Barbara, MC Dendro or Collei.

The next team is party Aggravate or Spread consisting of Alhaitham, Raiden Shogun, Fischl, and Nahida. Other team variations for the Spread/ Aggravate team are Kaveh, Kuki Shinobu, Fischl, Dendro MC.

Burgeon Team like the Thoma team, of course you can also use it using the party composition: Thoma, Kamisato Ayato, Dendro MC, Nahida.
