Even so, to beat him you don't need status incantations, or special status effects. Only with basic damage like standard, slash, pierce, and strike, you can finish him off without any problems.

But if you want to finish him off faster, the status effect of Hemorrhage is of course very suitable against 'blood' types like him.

If you defeat him, Vicigers can get 420K Runes, Mohg's Great Rune, and Remembrance of the Blood Lord.
