How to Find Pitfall Seeds in Animal Crossing New Horizons

Usually Pitfall Seeds can be found buried underground and the same goes for Animal Crossing: New Horizons. 

They are marked with the same star-like markings on the ground indicating something is buried in that place. 

You can use a shovel to dig there and find a Pitfall Seed, which looks like a white ball with a red exclamation point. Finding it this way will unlock DIY Recipes to make more of it.

You can head to the workbench to craft a Pitfall Seed. The recipe consists of 4 weeds and 6 tree branches.

If you expect to find it easily, it's quite rare. In addition, to be able to find some of these recipes is not easy to do.

In the case of the townspeople, if you find them when NPCs stuck, talking to them will make them spit out a unique dialogue and then they'll come out hard.

Animal Crossing New Horizons Still Good in 2023

Nintendo's Animal Crossing New Horizons saw huge success during the global lockdown of 2020, skyrocketing to unimaginable popularity. 

The game managed to beat Nintendo Switch past its new generation competitors on Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X|S to become the highest selling console of 2020.
