Many players use this type of bow because it is very good in battle. This is why Death-Seeker's Shadow is the best bow to use in Horizon Forbidden West.

This bow is a Legendary rarity bow. The number of Legendary arcs were few and far between in the Forbidden West, meaning Death-Seeker's Shadow was unrivaled.

Death-Seeker's Shadow not only provides an accurate ranged attack option, but also increases the critical strike chance and some of the highest damage that can be done in the game.

While there may be some bows that are faster or more damaging, they suffer in other areas. Death-Seeker's Shadow is an all-around bow that has great stats in every category, not just one.

The Death-Seeker's Shadow bow also comes with some pretty good arrow choices. Stun Arrow deals stun damage to opponent machines and Targeting Arrows are available to send a sidelined machine to specific enemies.

If you want to get this best bow in the game added to the collection, you have to go to the Arena. This area is unlocked after completing the main story mission of Kulkrut. Then the Opening the Arena quest must be completed upon arrival.

Fighting in the Arena rewards Arena Medals . Players must focus on the Arena until 80 Arena Medals have been earned. That was the price of the Death Seeking Shadow bow.

Head over to the Prize Master of the Arena, Dukkah, to browse his wares and exchange 80 Arena Medals for the best bows available in Horizon Forbidden West to use.

This bow can be purchased from Dukkah, in The Maw of the Arena. To gain access to this NPC, you must complete The Kulrut story mission.

After you do this, you can find a pair of NPCs in The Maw of the Arena who give you the task of reopening the Arena itself.

Vicigers only need to talk to the NPCs, named Kalla and Dukkah, to gain access to Dukkah's items, so you don't need to actually complete the task to re-open the Arena.

He will be marked on the map with a medal icon and close to where you first met him. Talk to him, then select the Trade Medals option to see a list of the items he has, one of which is Death-Seeker's Shadow.
