Honkai Star Rail's character abilities are divided into: Basic ATK, Technique, Skill, Talent, and Ultimate.

Ultimate Jing Yuan namely Lightbringer, Jing Yuan will deal Lightning DMG equal to Jing Yuan's ATK percentage to all enemies and increase Lightning-Lord's Hit Per Action by 3 for the next turn.

Talents is Jing Yuan's main attack kit that deals the greatest DMG. Unlike Serval who utilizes DoT DMG from Ultimate or Skill attacks, Jing Yuan's DMG relies on Lightning-Lord.

Relic Recommendations for Build Jing Yuan Honkai Star Rail

Stats what you should prioritize for Jing Yuan Honkai Star Rail are Crit DMG/Rate, ATK, SPD, and Lightning DMG. 

Stats You also have to fulfill the Energy Regen Rate because summon Lightning Lord will get a higher SPD not from Jing Yuan's SPD stat but from Skill and ultimate. 

But if the Energy Regen Rate stat is a little difficult to get from the relic in the Link Rope section (Planar Ornament), you can replace it with ATK% or Break Effect.

The Relic Set in the Honkai Star Rail game is divided into 2 slots, namely: 

• Cavern Relic which can be obtained in the Cavern of Corrosion

Using a 2-PC Celestial Differentiator will increase the user's Crit DMG by 16%. When the user has Crit DMG of 120%, Crit Rate will increase by 60% from the character's first attack

.2-PC Inert Salsotto will increase Crit Rate by 8%. When a character's Crit Rate is 50% and above, Ultimate and Follow-up attack DMG increases by 15%.

However, if you are still at the initial level Simulated Universe, you can use the Space Sealing Station to increase ATK and SPD.

Light Cone Recommendations for Build Jing Yuan Honkai Star Rail

Jing Yuan's weakness is that it has a fairly low SPD stat and the Energy used for Ultimate is quite large.

Tingyun can provide Energy buffs and DMG buffs that speed up Energy regeneration and increase Jing Yuan's DMG.

Apart from that, Bronya, who is currently the best Harmony path character, will provide ATK and Crit DMG buffs as well as a talent to give 2 turns to Jing Yuan.

When using Bronya, you have to be careful with the energy points used for Skills.
