Scarlet Phantom

Lesley's next build item is Scarlet Phantom. This item can provide very deadly damage every second. The Scarlet Phantom item has a unique passive ability (Rage) which can increase attack speed by 30% and Leslie's critical chance by 5 percent in 2 seconds. 

Not only that, Scarlet Phantom can increase attack speed by 20, physical attack by 30, and Leslie's extra critical chance by 25 percent.

Blade of Despair

The last Lesley build item for season 25 is Blade of Despair. Blade of Despair works very well for an archer hero like him. This item offers +160 physical attack and +5 percent movement speed.
