God Eater 3 is an action genre game RPGs which was released as a sequel to God Eater 2: Rage Burst which was released by Bandai Namco Entertainment in 2019.
You can play this game on the PlayStation 4 and PC game consoles. A version made for Nintendo Switch then released by presenting 2 collaboration costumes from Tales of Vesperia.

Story Settings
In 2080, Earth has been destroyed and almost overrun by Aragami. To make things worse, a plague that can destroy anything it touches has spread across Europe.

This plague left an uninhabitable area called the Ashlands which continued to grow with time, crawling with the Aragami.
Fenrir's headquarters, where the God Eaters commando organization was previously located had lost to Ash and caused their entire outpost to be isolated.
The only habitat that can be inhabited by humans is a sea of ash around the HQ, namely underground facilities called "Ports". This facility was built on the ruins of the Fenrir satellite.
This provides their defense with a new type of God Eaters: Adaptive God Eaters (AGEs) who specialize in fighting Ash and increase his fighting abilities.
The Ports are united under the Gleipnir organization, a Fenrir organization that wants to take over the Ashlands.
On the other hand, an AGE-based organization called Crimson Queen is the opposition of Gleipnir who wants to find a way to adapt to the Ashlands.
In addition to the Aragami's threats, Ash Storms appear to destroy anything in their path. Including making Ashborn, a stronger type of Aragami.
Like its predecessor, this game uses gameplay hack and slash. Players will be equipped with God Arc weapons that allow them to carry out transformations.
Your task is to hunt large monsters called Aragami. You will play as a God Eater who can absorb energy from monsters and release “Burst Arts”.
Burst Arts is a special attack that can deal a lot of damage to enemies. You will also be accompanied by other characters controlled by AI to help you during the battle.

Gameplay God Eater 3
Like most other RPG games, you can also adjust how the character you play will look like.
This game can be played together with 4 other players and can accommodate up to 8 players for attack missions. God Eater 3 also introduces 3 new types of weapons in this game.
The 3 types of new God Arcs weapons are “Biting Edge”, “Heavy Moon”, and long range attack weapon “Ray Gun”.
Biting Edge are two pairs of swords that have the fastest attack but the lowest damage of all weapon classes.
This weapon can transform into "Glaive Form" to increase mobility and damage incurred by consuming stamina.
Heavy Moon is a moon-shaped blade that can transform into “Ax Moon Form” whose speed and damage increase the longer you swing it.
This weapon is very effective against Aragami with heavy armor. The drawback is that players cannot move while this weapon is in Ax Form.
Ray Gun is a rifle that can fire a laser beam continuously which results in increased damage the longer it is used.
Bandai also added new skills for more exciting battles by combining air attacks, ground attacks, and character movements into "Burst Arts".
The “Dive” surprise attack also allows players to gain freedom of movement in hunting the wandering Aragami.
In addition, a new Aragami type named “Ashborn Aragami” was also introduced in the game. Ashborn Aragami can enter "Burst State" after devouring and destroying God Eaters.
When in Burst State, they will use new moves that deal more damage and restore their health. You must be vigilant when facing Ashborn Aragami.
