• Zarya (Buff): Minimum damage from primary fire Particle Cannon increased from 85 to 95 damage per second (DPS). And Maximum damage from primary fire increased from 170 to 190 DPS.

• Hanzo (Nerf): Base projectile size reduced from 0.1 to 0.075 meters. The total projectile size is now only 0.175 meters.

• Junkrat (Buff): Concussion Mine cooldown (CD) reduced from 8 to 7 seconds. The maximum damage of Concussion Mine has also increased from 110 to 120. Meanwhile, the minimum damage has also increased from 22 to 55.

• Soldier: 76 (Buff): Heavy Pulse Rifle now uses a smaller hitscan projectile size modifier: 0.05 meters. The total size of the projectile is now 0.05 meters.

• Tracer (Nerf): Pulse Pistols minimum falloff range reduced from 12 to 10.

• Widowmaker (Adjustment): Widow's Kiss now uses a smaller hitscan projectile size modifier: 0.05 meters. The total size of the projectile is now 0.05 meters. Besides that, min-max range of falloff shot damage increased from 40-60 to 50-70 meters.

• Illari (Buff): Healing Pylon CD reduced from 8 to 6 seconds. Meanwhile, the CD when destroyed by an enemy is reduced from 15 to 12 seconds.
