• If a manufacturer's defect is found during activation at the store and a new unit is not available, then the new unit will be available within 7 working days or more, ibox.co.id has the right to change the Terms & Conditions with or without prior notification.
• Payment using the Virtual Account (VA) method must be made a maximum of 2 hours after the VA number appears. More than that, the order will be automatically canceled.
• If the Consumer has already made a payment via VA or credit card, but the transaction status on iBox.co.id is pending or canceled, then the Consumer is expected to contact iBox.co.id Customer Care by attaching proof of transfer or proof of payment and iBox.co.id will do checking to the Bank within 1 x 24 hours working days.
• Payment transactions that have been successful cannot be canceled for any reason.
• If there is a transaction that does not comply with the Terms and Conditions, then iBox.co.id has the right to cancel the transaction without the consent of the Consumer. iBox.co.id will cancel the second transaction and the refund process takes 14 working days and is subject to a penalty of IDR 50,000 and a discount on bank administration fees for each transaction.
• iBox.co.id has the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions with or without prior notification.
