This feature is more aimed at Telkomsel users who are running out of credit or need credit at certain times.

There are many ways to transfer Telkomsel credit that you can choose, but there are different terms and service fees.

Telkomsel credit

Usually, this credit is often used for phone calls, SMS, purchasing internet quota packages, call ringtones (Personal Ringback Tone/NSP) or payment systems for certain platforms/services that use credit balances.

This credit transfer feature allows you to transfer credit to other Telkomsel users in amounts ranging from Rp 5,000 to Rp 1,000,000 per transaction, plus terms and service fees. Telkomsel offers a wide range of credit amounts, including active periods.

Telkomsel Credit Terms and Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions for Telkomsel credit transfers:

• The minimum credit balance after the credit transfer is IDR 5,000.
• The amount of credit that can be transferred ranges from Rp. 5,000 to Rp. 1,000,000 in multiples of Rp. 1,000. For example: Rp. 5,000, Rp. 6,000, Rp. 7,000, etc.
• The maximum credit transfer per transaction is IDR 1,000,000. The maximum accumulated credit transfers received per day is IDR 10,000,000.
• You can transfer credit more than once.
• The number from the credit sender must have an active period and not be in the grace period.

How to Transfer Telkomsel Credit

Below is how to transfer Telkomsel credit, namely:

MyTelkomsel application

• Open the application “MyTelkomsel”;
• Make sure you have a minimum balance of Rp. 5,000;
• Scroll and look for the “Send Gift” menu;
• Select the Telkomsel number you want to use;
• After that, enter the “Telkomsel Destination Number” to which you want to send credit;
• Click “Tick” if you want to make it a 'Favorite Number';
• After that, click “Continue”;
• There, you can have Packages;
  • Regular Packages such as “Promo”, “Internet”, “Watch”, “Games”, “Digital”, “Roaming”, “Call & SMS” & “Special Services”
  • Or “Flash Sale Package”, “Pasti SIMPATI” or “Various Promo Packages (Special for You)
  • “Package Recommendations”
  • “Fun Package”
• Or you can directly click the “Transfer Credit” option;
• There, there are 2 options for sending credit:
  • Send Credit: Purchase on the MyTelkomsel application with a certain nominal value;
  • Credit Transfer: Send credit as desired
    • Select the nominal credit to be sent, namely “10k”, “15k”, “20k”, “25k”, “30k” (with a service fee of IDR 1,850).
    • Or “Enter Other Amount” (with a Service Fee of IDR 1,850).
• Next, click “Continue”;
• Click “Use Promo” (if available);
• Then, click “Pay”;
• Later, "Payment Successful" will appear;
• Done.

Dial UMB

*858# or *858*1

• Go to the “Phone” menu on your phone;
• Type “*500#2*”;
• Click “Call”;
• Select “1” or “Transfer Credit”, then click “Send”;
• Enter the Telkomsel number you want to send credit to, click “Send”;
• Then, enter the nominal amount of credit to be sent (minimum Rp. 5000 to Rp. 1,000,000 with a service fee of Rp. 1850), click “Send”;
• Then, select “1” or “Yes”, click “Submit”;
• Later, there will be an SMS informing you that the quota transfer was successful;
• Done.

Method 1

• Open the menu “SMS”;
• Write an SMS with the format “TPULSA (space) Nominal Credit (space)”;
• Example: TPULSA 20000
• Send SMS to “858”;
• Later, you will get confirmation;
• Then, “Confirm Credit Transfer”;
• Later, there will be an SMS informing you that the quota transfer was successful;
• Done.

Method 2

• Open the “SMS” menu;
• Write an SMS with the format “TPULSA (space) Credit Amount (space) Destination Number”;
• Example: TPULSA 20000 0813********
• Send SMS to “858”;
• Later, you will get confirmation;
• Then, “Confirm Credit Transfer”;
• Later, there will be an SMS informing you that the quota transfer was successful;
• Done.

Method 3

• Open the “SMS” menu;
• Write an SMS with the format “TPULSA (space) Nominal Credit (space)”;
• Example: TPULSA 20000
• Send directly to the Destination Number;
• Then, follow the instructions and confirmation reply;
• Done.
