Telkomsel Active Period

Telkomsel's Active Period is the period when number prepaid has active status so it can still be used to enjoy Telkomsel services such as internet, SMS, telephone or ringtone (Personal Ringback Tone/NSP).

Because Telkomsel numbers are now frequently used for WhatsApp, mobile banking, e-commerce, and various account verification, it's crucial to keep them active to ensure continued use.

If the active period has expired, the Telkomsel number will enter a grace period of 30 days.

During the 30 days, you must top up your credit or purchase an active period extension package so that the number remains active again or its active period is extended.

If the grace period has ended without topping up your credit or extending your active period package, it is possible that your Telkomsel number could be blocked.

The way to get an active period from Telkomsel, usually you only need to top up your credit and buy an active period extension package so that it will extend the active period of the card.

For SIMPATI, Telkomsel offers an active period ranging from 7 days from the lowest top-up of Rp 5,000 to 90 days from the highest top-up of Rp 1,000,000. However, each top-up amount will have a different active period.

Apart from that, there is also an active period extension package, namely a special package to increase the active period of prepaid Telkomsel cards.

Currently, Telkomsel offers an active period ranging from 5 days to 360 days, which will later accumulate to a maximum of 365 days for SIMPATI.

Telkomsel also offers a renewal method through specific usage. Specifically for SIMPATI, using a minimum of Rp. 1 for calls, SMS, or internet at a specific rate will extend the active period by 30 days, as per Telkomsel's terms.

• Select “Payment Method”;
