Hirara Mechanic

Hirara is an ex-geisha ninja from the Scarlet Sect. Hanabi once saved him single-handedly, so to repay the favor he became his most loyal personal aide.
Because of that background, it's no surprise that she's one of the assassins with the most unique mechanics. So far, her playstyle is very original, and no other hero has matched it.
The most similar mechanical description is probably just skill 1 Khaleed which makes it slash in a circle three times while moving according to the direction of movement of the joystick.
As an assassin, chaser/finisher, she boasts a fairly comprehensive set of attributes. Not only does she offer burst damage, but she also has blink, crowd control (CC), and even an untargetable state!
If the pilot is good, Hirara can easily dive in and target the opposing team's back formation. The easiest way to counter this is with high-level CC (surpress).
This not only makes him a "slippery" assassin, but also extremely difficult to block and pick off. And of course, all of this comes with a high difficulty level.
Hirara's Skill

Different from most heroes, Moonton only provides two active skills and one passive – making him the first hero with such a design.
However, this doesn't mean the gameplay is simplified. To maintain its uniqueness and complexity, Moonton also includes several skill combos with the following details:
(Passive) Twin Fans: Ukifune
Hirara has two stacks of Crimson Death, each of which can be used to activate combo skills. When a stack is depleted, energy recovery is activated.
The energy replenishment indicator is located directly below the health indicator. Once the energy bar is full, both Crimson Death stacks will be refilled.
(Skill 1) Meisen-e
Hirara will dash twice in the direction indicated by the joystick. This skill can deal physical damage if it hits an enemy unit. The activation requirement for this skill is based solely on cooldown (CD).
(Skill 2) Kaerazu
Hirara deals physical fire damage with a fan-shaped area of effect (AoE) twice. Like skill 1, its activation is also based on CD.
(Combo Skill 1 + Skill 2) Infernal Torrent
By dragging the skill 1 icon to the skill 2 icon, players can activate the Infernal Torrent combo. This skill combo will activate exactly when the dragged skill 1 icon touches the skill 2 icon.
Hirara dashes toward the joystick and spins, dealing physical damage and immobilizing all enemy units in her area of attack. This skill is similar to Khaleed's skill 1.
What you need to note is, as long as you still have at least 1 stack of Crimson Death, then even if skill 1 and/or skill 2 are on CD, this combo can still be done.
(Combo Skill 2 + Skill 1) Falling Maple
By dragging the skill 2 icon towards the skill 1 icon, Hirara will enter an untargetable state and deal physical burst damage to all enemy heroes in its AoE.
After that, Hirara can dash once more toward the joystick. Similar to the previous combo, its activation base relies on Crimson Death stacks and ignores skill CD.
Hirara Mechanic Combo
If referring to Hero Spotlight video which Moonton Shared on his official YouTube channel, there are two Hirara mechanic combos that players can use as the hero's base:
Poking (First dash skill 1 + Skill 2 + second dash skill 1)

This is Hirara's most basic combo movement and poking move. With Skill 1, you can dash first to close in on a targeted enemy hero.
Then, if the distance is sufficient, do poking damage using skill 2. And you can use the remaining dash from skill 1 to reposition Hirara in the direction you want.
Teamfight rear lock (skill 1 + combo skill 1-2 + combo skill 2-1 + skill 2)

With skill 1, Hirara dashes twice to approach an enemy hero. Once in range, follow up with a combo of skills 1-2, which can both deal damage and immobilize.
When the enemy hero is immobilized, deal burst damage with a 2-1 skill combo. If the enemy is still alive and running, chase them with your remaining dash and finish them off with skill 2.
