On October 25, Steam made an announcement and recommended price adjustments to game prices.

These adjustments depend on the currency value of each country. Because currency values vary, Steam provides recommendations to game developers regarding prices games.

The recommendations are based on currency values each year. Despite the price changes, these changes are just recommendations from Steam.

Fans of games available on the Steam platform may have a strategy of buying games at a lower price.

One such strategy is to use an Argentinian or Turkish account to buy games at a much lower price.

Even though there are quite high price changes for games on Steam, the developer of each game still has the right to determine the price.

Changes from Steam are only as a recommendation to balance the price every year. However, Steam announced that each game should have a price for each currency.
