What is Anemoculus?

Before you start to the location farming, Anemoculus is an Adventure-type material that you can exchange at the Statue of Seven in Mondstadt for rewards.

This item is blue and is exclusive to Mondstadt, including Dragonspine. All regions have other Culus, such as Geoculus in Liyue, Hydroculus di Fontaine, and Lunoculus di Nod-Krai.

The prizes you will get vary from Primogems, Adventure Book, Mora, to the most important one, the key to open the Shrine of Depth.

Besides being exclusive to Mondstadt, Anemoculus:

• Won't respawn or reappear like other materials
• The quantity is limited
• You can't take it from other world travelers.
• You cannot exchange it at Statue of Seven in other regions.

You need a total of 65 Anemoculus to max out Mondstadt's Statue of Seven.

How and Where to Farm Anemoculus

The total number of Anemoculus spread throughout the Mondstadt area is 66 Anemoculus.

This means there will be a bonus of 1 Anemoculus that you can save after 65 are used to maximize the Statue.

There are various ways to get it, starting from working on certain mechanisms, flying, or you can pick it up by moving to the location.

To facilitate farming actually you can use Anemoculus Resonance Stone.

The Anemoculus Resonance Stone can track the location of an Anemoculus at close range, with a 200 second delay between each tracking.

You can get the recipe for this tool at the alchemy table once you have reached Reputation level 2 in Mondstadt.

Starfell Valley & Stormbearer Mountain

• Stormbearer Point: High in the air to the north waypoint; another on the edge of the northeastern cliff.
• Stormbearer Mountains: Hovering near the north cliff; another one under the overhanging rocks on the west side.
• Starsnatch Cliff: The west side is on a high ledge; another one is on the highest peak of the cliff.
• Secret Island: Far east of Starsnatch Cliff (requires flying/Kaeya's ice bridge).
• Thousand Winds Temple: On top of the ruins of a tall archway.
• Whispering Woods: On top of a small hill south of the main road.
• Cider Lake: Hovering between two islands north of Mondstadt city; another on a small island further north.

Windrise & Dadaupa Gorge

• Windrise Tree: On the high branches of a giant oak tree.
• Windrise Statue: Hovering south of the Statue; another one across the river to the southeast.
• Falcon Coast: On a high cliff overlooking the sea.
• Dadaupa Gorge: On top of the wooden structure in the middle of the lake (Sword Cemetery); the rest are at the Hilichurl camp (on top of the hut/pillar).
• Cape Oath: Under the edge of the west side cliff.
• Musk Reef: Above the Spiral Abyss portal (use the wind current from Cape Oath).

Windwail Highland (Springvale & Dawn Winery)

• Springvale: On the roof of the house; another one high in the air north of the village (use Anemograna).
• Dawn Winery: On the roof of the main house; another on a small island in the water to the northeast.
• Wolvendom: On top of a stone pillar near the entrance; another one is hidden behind a breakable rock on the cliff.
• Statue of the Seven: Just north of the Windwail Statue, hovering near the edge of the cliff.

Brightcrown Canyon & Stormterror's Lair

• Brightcrown Canyon: In a pile of crumbling rocks; another one hovered high near waypoint.
• Stormterror's Lair (Main Tower): At the very top of the central tower.
• Stormterror's Lair (Outskirts): * North: Under the stone archway; another one inside the pillar.
  • West: On a high cliff near the map border.
  • South: On top of a ruined stone pillar; another one hidden in a tree.
  • East: Floating high in the air (requires wind currents or climbing nearby ruins).
