Miku Nakano is one of the main female characters in the manga series and anime The Quintessential Quintuplets (5-Toubun no Hanayome/Gotoubun no Hanayome) who plays the role of the twin sister of the Quintuplet Sister (Nakano Sister) and also Futaro Uesugi's lover.

The Quintessential Quintuplets is an anime adaptation of the manga by Negi Haruba which was serialized in Weekly Shōnen Magazine by Kodansha on August 9, 2017 – February 17, 2020 with a total of 14 volumes.

For the anime series The Quintessential Quintuplets produced by Tezuka Productions for Season 1 and Bibury Animations Studio for Season 2 which aired on TBS, SUN, BS-TBS on January 10 – March 28, 2019 for Season 1 and for Season 2 aired on January 8 – March 26, 2021 with 12 episodes each.

Then, The Quintessential Quintuplets Movie was produced by Bibury Animations Studios and aired on May 20, 2022, in Japan with a duration of 136 minutes.
