Floch's Physical Appearance in AOT

Floch is of medium height with short, messy blonde hair. 

During the mission back to Shiganshina, he wore the standard Survey Corps uniform and robes. For casual wear, he wore a white button-down shirt and dark pants.

Four years after the recovery mission, Floch's hair is seen with thick bangs combed to the right side, while the bottom remains shorter. 

During the night attack on Marley, he wore a new black Survey Corps uniform with anti-personnel vertical maneuvering equipment.

Floch's Personality in AOT

Floch possesses the conviction and determination of a Yeagerist leader. However, as a Survey Corps recruit, Floch is, by his own admission, a coward.

Part of Floch's fear seems to stem from his belief that his death should not be “in vain,” as he expressed it during the Battle of Shiganshina District.

Nevertheless, he has proven himself capable of acting courageously.

He was willing to participate in Erwin Smith's suicide attack against the Beast Titan, despite his fear, and was willing to defy his comrades when they proposed letting Erwin die in order to save Armin's life.

He even dared to take the risk of being attacked by Mikasa Ackermann to prevent him from taking the Titan injection from Levi.

One of Floch's most prominent personality traits was his respect for Erwin Smith. 

He passionately fights for Erwin to receive the life-saving Titan serum, believing that only Erwin is capable of making the decisions necessary to ensure victory for humanity.

Floch is also very honest with others, admitting to Hitch that Marlowe must have regretted joining the Survey Corps in his final moments, and telling Armin that most military personnel who read the Corps' report from the Battle of Shiganshina agreed that Armin's survival was a mistake. 

Becoming a Yeagerist

After returning from capturing Wall Maria, Floch began to change his appearance and attitude.

He takes a very vengeful attitude towards humans outside the walls of Paradis, and prefers to join the Yeagerist group. 

The Yeagerists themselves are a rebel faction with the goal of helping Eren carry out the Rumbling.

As a Yeagerist, he often behaves cruelly like a demon. This is because he doesn't hesitate to harm anyone or do anything to achieve the Yeagerists' goals in the outside world.

He was even overjoyed when Eren successfully performed the Rumbling. He was delighted because he knew that the outside world would be wiped out by Eren's Rumbling. 

In the end, he died at the hands of the group of Jean, Hange, and the others tasked with stopping Eren.

He died while still believing and being loyal to Eldia, who he believed would win.
