Obtain Flying Broomstick

Getting a broomstick is actually quite easy. Vicigers no need to bother going around here and there just to get it.

Simply by following the main storyline, later the Flying Broom feature will open by itself.

The first Vicigers have to do is complete the main mission entitled “Jackdaw's Rest”. After completing this mission, two things will open:

  • Flying Class (Subject Flying Broom).

Once you have a broom, the next issue is how to use it. Keep in mind, because Hogwarts Legacy comes as a multi-platform game, each console-desktop will be different. Here's the exposure:

  • Xbox: Equip press the LB button, then select using the B button. For dash, the LT button.
  • PS: Equip press the L1 button, then select using the Circle button. For dash, L2 button.
  • Desktop: Equip Press Tab, then select using the number 3 key. For dash, left click.

How to Upgrade Flying Broom

Of course it would be less "punched" if the Flying Broom that was owned was just like that, right? That's why Portkey as the developer also added the Flying Broom upgrade feature to the game!

To unlock this feature, first make sure you have purchased your first Flying Broom. If so, the NPC selling Flying Brooms will offer you a side quest from him: Flight Test.

You are required to meet Iselda Reyes at the Quidditch Pitch to start this mission. After talking to him, you will be challenged to a Flying Sweep race! The route chosen is from the NPC's location to the finish line near Hogsmeade.

If you can beat Iselda Reyes in a race, the Flying Broomstick upgrade feature will be unlocked in the shop.

After that, there will be 2 more race opportunities to unlock 2 additional upgrade features.

A total of 3 wins are needed to unlock all of his Flying Broomstick upgrades. And don't forget, each upgrade costs 1K Gold!
