The Ins and Outs of Twilight Armor

Before we get into the main discussion about the new Chastise Pauldron item, it's a good idea to first discuss the ins and outs of Twilight Armor – so we can get some context.
In the last few seasons, Moonton has been enjoying experimenting with hero and item effects, especially those that provide sustain effects and are in the defensive category.
Several heroes' passives have been changed; some items even have their effects reshuffled. This includes Twilight Armor, a less popular item.
Initially, the biggest change was Dominance Ice. Moonton simply removed its attack speed reduction effect. This passive, however, made it incredibly popular.
Hey, don't panic. It turns out Moonton has moved that effect to Twilight Armor. Meanwhile, Moonton has moved the anti-burst passive to Guardian Helmet to make it a complete package.
There are several reasons why Moonton did this: (1) updating the mechanics to suit the current meta; and (2) less popular items can “come back out of the cave”.
When will this update appear?

This update has actually been around for quite some time on the Advance Server. In fact, it almost coincided with the roam item revamp, which was already released on the Original Server.
However, considering the weight of the revamp and its implications on the overall gameplay and meta, Moonton seems unsatisfied and still wants to perfect it further.
Therefore, they added and removed some adjustments; and then combined and remixed certain effects. This, of course, also involved analyzing player feedback.
Many players disliked this update. To truly counter the damage-per-second (DPS) hero, players had to purchase up to three defense items!
Even though so far only two items are needed: Dominance Ice (which reduces attack speed and lifesteal), as well as Blade Armor which can be a physical damage reflector.
This doesn't take away from the fact that the majority of users of this item are roamers, the role with the lowest gold yield. And this scheme leaves them even more broke.
The Twilight Armor Disappears, and the Chastise Pauldrons Arrive

And for Moonton, it turns out that changing the effects isn't enough. They feel that Twilight Armor has become deeply ingrained in players' minds as a burst damage buffer.
That's why they removed the Twilight Armor and replaced it with an item called the Chastise Pauldron! It looks just like Hylos's neck and shoulder armor!
The effect is exactly the same as the tweaking Moonton implemented above. However, for clarity, here's a detailed breakdown of the attributes and effects this new item provides:
- +900 HP;
- +40 Physical Defense;
- Passive Chastise: Enemies who deal damage to the user of this item will experience a reduction in attack speed and a maximum attack speed of 75% for 2 seconds;
- Passive Redemption: When the user's health drops below 30%, they will regenerate 20%. This occurs gradually over 2 seconds (not instantly). This effect has a cooldown (CD) of 1 minute.
It's unclear whether this item will be officially available on the original server with these attributes or whether it's still in the experimental stage. Well, let's just wait and see!
