Jingliu is the newest character for the Destruction path released by Honkai Star Rail, after previously releasing And Heng Imbibitor Lunae and Blades.

By using the Ice element, Jingliu is a strong DPS character unit and has fast gameplay.

Jingliu Honkai Star Rail Build Recommendations

Jingliu is obtained from the Character Event Warp Honkai Star Rail in the second part. Next, you can get the characters Topaz and Numbi in the second part of update 1.4.

Immortal Blossom material drops: Immortal Scionette, Immortal Aeroblossom, and Immortal Lumintwig.
Ascension level of Ice character from Stagnant Shadow (Shape of Icicle): Gelid Chitin.

Trace is an important factor in strengthening Jingliu, you will need the following materials to increase all levels of Trace:

Material path Destruction: Shattered Blade, Lifeless Blade, and Worldbreaker Blade
Immortal Blossom material drops: Immortal Scionette, Immortal Aeroblossom, and Immortal Lumintwig.

Best Eidolon for Build Jingliu

According to the author, Eidolon is not the main determinant of Jingliu's strength. This was because this sword master from Jingyuan was already very strong without Eidolon.

Trace Priority for Build Jingliu

Jingliu's basic ATK is Lucent Moonglow, Jingliu will attack 1 target enemy and deal Ice DMG to that enemy.

Jingliu's skill is Transcendent Flash, Jingliu will attack 1 enemy with DMG greater than Basic ATK while getting 1 stack of Syzygy.

This Syzygy stack becomes an important role for Trace Jingliu who will be associated with Talent.

Ultimate Florephemeral Dreamflux from Jingliu will attack enemies AoE and deal Ice DMG to all enemies. At the end of the attack, Jingliu will get 1 stack of Syzygy.

When 2 Syzygy Stacks are active, Jingliu's talent is Crescent Transmigration will activate and make Jingliu enter the named state or mode Spectral Transmigration.

During Spectral Transmigration, Jingliu will get the following buffs:

The skill will be changed to Blast which increases Ice DMG and changes to AoE DMG. In this situation, Jingliu does not use Skill Points and uses Syzygy
Crit Rate increased

Relic Recommendations for Build Jingliu

The stats that Jingliu needs to build are ATK, SPD, Ice DMG, Crit Rate, and Crit DMG.

Apart from that, you can look for additional Break Effect, SPD, ATK and Crit sub stats to strengthen Jingliu.

The most recommended Planar Relic for Jingliu is Hunter of Glacial Forest. This 4-PC Set, which is suitable for characters with the Ice element, can increase the user's Ice DMG as well as Crit DMG.

You can also combine this set with Musketeers of Wild Wheat 2-PC which can upgrade ATK% and SPD.

Genius of Brilliant Stars could be a unique choice that tends to be very optimal in strengthening Jingliu provided that only a full set or 4-PC is used.

This set, which is basically intended for characters with the Quantum element, can make Jingliu's attacks optimal on enemies because it will ignore the enemy's DEF in the Ice element.

At 5 star rarity, I Shall be My Own Sword became the best Light Cone for Jingliu.
