10 teams from each region have been selected to partner with Riot Games, with a total of 30 teams expected to compete in professional Valorant tournaments in 2023.

While Riot Games hasn't revealed the team names, here are a few that could be part of the Valorant franchise system in the coming year.

As mentioned above, Riot Games has yet to reveal the team names. The company, in all likelihood, has finished their talks with all the teams and has made their choice too.

While the global community waits for the team reveal, here are a few of the teams to look out for in next year's tournament.

  • Paper Rex (PRX)
  • Damwon Gaming
  • DRX
  • Bleed Esports
  • Xerxia
  • ZETA Division
  • Northeption

The names mentioned above are some of the teams that are likely to appear in the VCT 2023 tournament. All the teams mentioned above are based on pure speculation for now.

Given how popular they are, it will be interesting to see if these teams get the chance to represent the region in the upcoming seasons of Valorant.

Of all the teams mentioned above, Bleed Esports recently announced via Twitter that they will be coming to VCT 2023.

Previously, the team mentioned that they would be participating in the tournament in some capacity or another. And based on their recent tweet, it looks like Riot Games has confirmed their participation in the event.

Certain rumors also suggest that Team PWR and Renegades will not be seen in the tournament as they do not have an active roster. In the absence of these two teams, it is unlikely that another team will represent the Oceania region at VCT 2023.

With that said, it will be interesting to see which Indonesian team bag a spot in the ASEAN region, if they succeed. Indonesia has several professional Valorant teams.

The 10 teams from the Pacific region will compete against 20 teams from the other two regions. The inaugural tournament for VCT 2023 kicks off in February in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The winners of this tournament will pocket one additional spot for their region in the 2023 VCT Masters tournament.

From the looks of it, Riot Games has managed to do a good job of improving Valorant's tournament season for next year. It will be very interesting to see how things pan out over the upcoming tournament.
