In the first exclusive interview about the game, Hudson and Lucasfilm Games Vice President and General Manager Douglas Reilly spoke with StarWars.com about the long history of Knights of the Old Republic and gave a glimpse into what we can expect from this new collaboration.
“When we developed the first Knights of the Old Republic, we wanted to create the definitive Star Wars experience—designing an adventure that encompassed everything we dreamed of as Star Wars fans,” said Hudson.

While Fate of the Old Republic isn't a direct sequel or continuation, “it's being developed by the people who helped shape that legacy,” Reilly added.
“In my two decades working on Star Wars games, including Star Wars: The Old Republic, I’ve been fortunate to witness firsthand how much these stories mean to our fans.
