Latest Melissa ML Skills in Update Patch 1.7.08, Even Cooler!

Skill 1

• Cooldown adjusted from 7 seconds to 8.5-7 seconds
• Cooldown Reduction Per Attack Against Muddles increased from 1.2s to 1.5s

Skills 2

• Cooldown adjusted 1.5s (cooldown after Muddles disappears) to 7-6s (cooldown applies after skill cast)
• Mana Cost adjusted from 75-0 to 6-10
• New Effect: Chaos dissipates early when no enemies are connected
• Removed: This skill will be on cooldown when Muddles disappears
• Slightly increased Muddles' range of motion

ultimate

• Increased defense when the skill is active increased from three times to five times

Melissa's second skill deals damage to connected targets for up to six seconds. In this patch, you can now use skills more frequently as it now cooldown lasts for six to seven seconds immediately upon casting, unlike before where it only cooldowned after Muddles disappeared.
